Overall the company did a good job of cleaning the gutters and removing the moss on my roof. The only concern I have is that they were very slow to respond to my voicemails and email messages to them.

The roof looks excellent. It looks brand new.

Although the price was higher than I would have thought, Jeff did a great job of talking me through the process and explained options we might pursue. It also took about a month to find an opening in their schedule - I guess this is expected when you are good! The team arrived on time, went right to work and was very thorough. One comment - after the job, there was a lot of moss and other debris scattered throughout the lawn and shrubs. The did their best to clean the walks and patios, but it is must have been hard to clean these other areas.

Hired Pyroshield to clean my roof and gutters and then apply moss control. The men (Luis and Juan) were very professional and did a excellent job cleaning. The roof looks brand new now. After they were done they cleaned around the whole house. I am a very satisfied customer.

It went very well. The workers were here on time and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. They did everything they said they would do and did it in the time they said it would take. I would definitely hire this company again.

Good except they did not take into consideration the heat and which side of the house to wash windows first so they did not wash one of the windows out of concern - but they also did not return to finish the job nor refund anything. Due to a back injury, we were not able to move most of grills, furniture so at least 1/4 of the cement was not cleaned and again no offer of adjustment to the cost. Otherwise they were ok. Appear to need a lot of supervision. Next time I would ensure that someone who is not in pain is there to ensure all of the work was done.

Lifted shingles in one small area and placed ladder against gutter, dislodged gutter. I was able to fix. Otherwise A plus

Came when scheduled on their time line. (Angie's site scheduling was ignored) Crew was efficient. Moss on roof was removed. Zinc treatment was left along the peak. Portion of gutters that needed to be cleaned were cleaned. Did not fully explain how they deal with solar panels, just said that they do roofs with them all the time. Turns out they do not do anything under the panels. I am fine with that, it just is nice when someone is up front about how they deal with something. Email communications could have been quicker and more accurate. Good job, decent price.

Crew was punctual and job was done to spec.

I haven't got a chance to take a look since it's for my rental property. The communication with the company was a nightmare and they have their own way to calculate the roof size to charge more. I would never work with them again.

They did not arrive when expected - it was almost dark by the time they came. They did a good job with the power washing. They were not careful when cleaning the roof and gutters. I felt it was a rush job. They got gunk all over the neighbors' houses as well as mine. I paid extra for "special sauce" with a guarantee of three years. They didn't give me an estimate for house painting for several months (after I complained) and chose another company. Within two years, the moss was back on the roof. I called them twice in November, 2016. I was told they would come when the weather was dry and they would be in Olympia. They called the end of December, 2016 and said they would be there the next day - then called again to cancel because the weather report was for ice. That is the last I have heard from them. Seven months later I see they are still advertising, but they sure don't return phone calls or follow through on their promises or guarantees.

Roof cleaning and treatment was thorough and I was pleased with the attention to detail in cleaning up afterwards.

The work was done efficiently, and I was pleased with the result. I like the 3-year guarantee on moss prevention.

Workers did good job with moss and gutter cleanup. They did good job cleaning up debris from both.

I have a 2 story 2600 sf house, equally half downstairs and half upstairs. The cost went to 1600 sf of roof. I was charged for more than 1600 and not told ahead of time. Had to pay more money than the original price. I would not have purchased if I had known.

I was pleased with the work that was done, but not with the additional charge. If i used them again, I would make cost more clear.

Initially, I responded to the $369 advertised special, but the finished cost was over $600 (before tax). I did ask them to clean the roof of an additional 8x18 shed on the property. I have used other root/gutter cleaners in the past, but I thought the special was too good to pass up. I think it was good for them, not so good for me.

They do a low pressure air cleaning which is safer for composition roofs and then apply a product to deter moss growth for several years. This is the second time we have used them and very satisfied.

So, you can imagine my surprise when a week later I received an estimate for additional work that needed to be done.

The crew showed up on time and completed the work in a professional and good workmanlike manner. They left the area clean and free of any debris from the roof and gutters. All in all, an easy and efficient process.

They did a good job on the work. They left a bit of a mess (they cleaned it up but not great). Biggest issue was their communication. Took several times to get it scheduled. But when we did the work was great

It took seven to eight months after I ordered it, to put the mesh on after they installed the gutters. The mesh they wanted to use wasn't available, and they didn't phone me to tell me about it. It wasn't until I got my phone back, and bloop. They finally got back to me with the screens. The work did initially did get done. I haven't had any issues with them. They didn't clean up afterwords. I found trimmed gutters, and nails. That was part of it. It took two to three days to complete the gutters completely. I didn't shop around much on the price. I haven't had any troubles with the gutters. They never got back to me with the screens, until I phoned them back about it. They are very busy at that point and time. They couldn't show up when they said they would. They did get it done. Probably not for gutters and downspouts. Hopefully I won't need another gutter and downspout again. When I did get a hold of them, they were apologetic and did follow through. They dropped the ball following through initially. They did try very hard to make up for it.
