It went great. but then they cleaned the gutter, they dropped debris on a upper level deck we have. They were gone before I noticed, do we had to sweep up the deck. They were nice, hard working and on the roof on a rainy day - so I would certainly hire them again. They also remind us twice a year that we need the gutters cleaned. Nice to know..

The work was done very professionally and the technician explained what he was doing. Great job!

The first time I used their service they did a fine job. However, when I reached out to them to work on my skylight they never came out after I called them four times.

they showed up WAY early. we were lucky our son was at home to greet. they cleaned chimney....but did not clean out the chimney cap which we had to clean not long after their service call...........would not use again of recommend to others

The team was very good in getting the roof cleaned and treated.

They came and completed the job ahead of schedule and it still looks good.

Called for an estimate, got no response from the voice mail I left. A week later I found a different contact number, and spoke with someone. Was told I would have an estimate in my email no later than the end of the day on Monday. Estimate came on Wednesday. Estimate included a discount if I booked in December. I called to set up a time to have the work done. Again had to leave a voice message. Received no response. If they provide such poor customer service over the phone, it is an indication the work will not be done right either. Will be hiring someone else.

The roofs are beautifully clean. The cleaning was supposed to be with air pressure, but I think water was used, although the manager said that is not the practice. (So I don't really know how it was cleaned.)

I was very happy with PyroShield's work. They were professional, clean and on time. I had to clean the roof before painting the exterior and they were able to get me in the schedule. I was very happy with their work, would hire them again and have referred them to friends.

It didn’t happen. We’re repeat customers and after two attempts to set up gutter cleaning they never called back. Very disappointed they didn’t tell us they aren’t able to do the work. Not sure what’s happened as their service has been excellent previously.

The crew was punctual, work was satisfactory. Have to wait longer to see if the moss treatment works.

It went great ! The crew was on time (had 2 guys working) and completed the work in a couple of hours. Did the work that was requested and cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they had been here (except for the clean roof and gutters !). No surprise on the bill....it was the same as the quote. Will definitely have them back to do future work.

Went very well. They used pressured air to remove the moss from the roof instead of water. Left my yard a lot cleaner!

After I bought the deal, I was promptly contacted. The appointment was set within a reasonable time frame. The worker arrived "in the morning", but I would have liked a phone call before they arrived. They were professional and completed the job. Some of the dark water seeped through the gutters and onto the white trim on the front of the house. Although it is not their job, it would have been a bonus to wash it off with some water before leaving. Overall, a good job and I would hire them again.

Work went great and very professional. The only issue was I don't feel that we got a good explanation on the upcharges for a larger roof. We had them do some extra work around the house, and those charges were fine. But I still believe we came in at a lower square footage that they came up with. They may be right, just did not get it explained.

Very good work. It was a new process for me to use the Angie's list Big Deal program. There was a pretty strong up-sell from the vendor but the service was good.

We have used Pyroshield twice and have been very pleased with their service both times.

Contractor arrived within 2 hours of promised time, not bad for a roofing contractor. I would be more concerned about punctuality if calling a plumber for emergency repairs or a babysitter, but this was OK for me. Team worked fast on a difficult, dangerous job. They used pressurized air to clean the moss and removal looked good to me from the ground. They blew out gutter debris, which was great. They cleaned up the porch, yard and walking path areas of my house, which was expected, but also great. Overall I thought the quality was really great. They also cleaned the roof of my very small (1920-era) detached garage. That was fine. The price rose a bit more than I expected because I asked for their premium service, which I gather involves more durable ant-moss treatment to prevent recurrence, and the garage was added to the original order. But I was willing to pay the price. I don't know what the "going rate" is, so my satisfaction on price is based on my own impression. I have seen other roofing contractors leave more debris, so I was happier with this company's work than with the other company I used, many years ago.

The work itself was done very professionally and at the time promised. We are very happy with the final result. However, the estimate appeared to overcharge us: slope of roof shown at 6/12, charged at 8/12; size of roof shown at 2800 sq ft then "corrected" to 3000+ even though the roofing contractor who installed it measured it at 2600 sq ft. When we questioned the information, we went many days without an answer, then got an incomplete answer, waited many days again, got an offer to delete the upcharge for slope from the estimate, and never did hear back when we offered to send a copy of the original roofing contract to confirm correct square footage. Overall, price was probably good for the quality of work done by the team in the field, but the value would have felt much better to us if the office team had responded more completely and more timely.

Pyroshield was terrific! They did a great job, showed up when they said they would, and even responded in a timely fashion to questions about the roof treatment and cost. Would have them come out again.
