Did a great job setting up the appointment- even when I gave the wrong contact info! We're able to come while I was at work; and left no trace that they'd been, other than a very clean roof and the white powder treatment.

They were right on schedule and were very professional.

Coordinated with Pyroshield via e-mail, which I prefer, arranged a day that worked for us both and the work was done like magic. Other than a clean roof and empty gutters, I could not tell they had been there - which is exactly the way it should work! They took care of the debris and I'm good to go for another year. Roof is over 1,600 SQFT, in the original deal price. The overage charge was applied as per the offer description.

They did a great job. We decided not to have the moss treatment because I collect water off the roof for plant irrigation.

When they called me back, they took my address, looked it up online and were able to immediately give me an idea of what the potential issues were based on the location of the leak. Someone was at our house within an hour and a half to take a look. They immediately diagnosed the problem as a cracked vent, one of the potential problems they had discussed on the phone, and double checked the attic to make sure there were no more leaks. They replaced the vent and even cleaned out the gutter on that side of the roof. Less than 12 hours after finding it, the leak was fixed. We are very pleased at their quick and courteous service.

Fine. Little mix up as I got a voicemail from the foreman asking for information I had already confirmed with their office days before. Tried to return the call but went to voicemail. Never heard back. It would have been nice for someone to follow through afterward to clean things up and see if I was happy with the work done.

I found them to be very professional and informative about my roof. They found that it was prettyworn out and felt that it should not be air cleaner on part of it. They consulted the manager and did some basic repairs and did the gutters. Both the workers and manager talked to me about what would be my next course of action but did not push me to get a new roof immediately. Pyroshield was very reliable and got the job done efficiently in a timely manner. Sometimes my emails got misplaced but the follow-up phone calls took care of that problem. They showed up when they said they would and did what they promised.

They did a great job! This was my first Angie's List purchase experience and I was a little nervous. They stayed in contact to schedule and provide the appropriate estimates for the additional work I was interested in. It was a little more expensive then I had originally planned for (because I didn't realize how quickly the square footage of a roof can add up!). But Jeff spent a great deal of time with me on the phone to make sure I understood the services and what I was paying for and patiently answered all of my questions. I definitely found value in the work they performed. I have already added a reminder to contact them in a year, so I'll likely be using them again.

They cleaned my roof and treated it with moss retardant. It looks great. The only reason that you would know that they had been here is that the roof looks amazing!

It went great. The work was completed and the mess cleaned up excellently.

The services were performed as scheduled. The roof was cleared free of moss in a timely manner. They removed the roof debris with their service. They were slightly late (they said 9-10 AM; they arrived at 10:30 or so). Overall very happy with their service, especially considering the good price. Will definitely hire again!

The Pyroshield team was great! We had a delay due to the snow which was well communicated and quickly rescheduled once the weather cooperated. The crew arrived on time and were quickly under way. The roof cleaning and treatment went as expected and after the crew cleaned front and back of the house, 3 decks, stairs and washed the siding clean. We were very impressed with the crew and the house and yard were left cleaner than when they arrived. Great job and would highly recommend!

after a few delays due to weather, the crew was able to work; they were punctual and did a good job as well as cleaning the area around the service. I was very pleased.

The company was prompt in scheduling, performed the service contracted for on time, and did a great job. The roof looked great when they were done and all debris was cleaned up afterwards.

Their two men arrived within the window of 9:30 to 10:30 at 10:20am. They didn't call to confirm ahead of time which I was hoping for and didn't reply to my call for confirmation, but they arrived as promised. They gave me an estimate of $150 plus tax to power wash my driveway and I opted for that. They were here for 3-1/2 hours and did a really wonderful job. I was very impressed! They worked hard and cleaned up better than I could have hoped for! Everything around my house looks better than it did before! They left the bill and I'll call to pay the balance for the power washing and tax for that and the roof cleaning tax by phone with my credit card.

Went well. The gentlemen that came and did my roof were awesome. Very thorough and did high quality work. When they left you couldn't even tell they had been there. Obviously except that my roof was nicely cleaned and treated. PRICE BELOW INCLUDES BOTH SERVICES - full roof cleaning and treatment (40 squares of roof) and full house painting including pressure wash, paint/stain and trim paint House painting went well. Full pressure wash and hard workers. In the end had to call them back to fix and compete some items but they were very accommodating and I got no arguments. I was pleased overall.

It took 6 weeks for them to fit me in. The crew was late. They did not get all the debris off the roof nor out of the gutters. Some of the gutters were left with a coating of black soot. They blew material into the exhaust fan. There was a good deal of black soot left around the back doors and deck. Will not use again.

Really, really impressed with this company! They have gone above and beyond for me. Highly recommend them!
