Excellent. Terry K. paid wonderful attention from first to last, communicating frequently re: timing, choice of colors, stopping by during the work to inspect things, etc. The crew were careful with all aspects of the work. Friendly and responsive to questions. They even covered cars that were parked near by, although well out of range of any possible overspray (there was none!), just to be sure nothing was damaged. The final product was quite lovely, basically a new house! I can't imagine this type of job going any better.

Extremely well from our first appointment for assessment and pricing all the way to completion. Personal touch, attention to detail and our schedules, ability to be flexible and make adjustments. Very impressed with the crew's care in covering objects nearby, including neighbor's plantings or anything else that might be affected by possible blow over (which didn't happen, but they prepared for it). They repaired or replaced a couple of facing boards that were damaged or rotted. And the end product was exactly what we wanted.

We were very impressed with not only the job Terry/Pat and their team did. We were also very impressed with how friendly everyone was thorough the whole process. Bottom line you want a very detailed paint job for a fair price , no need to look anywhere besides Protect!

The team, was very professional.They took extra time to paint the front door that required 3 coats. Once they got here, the team worked, very hard to finish the job. We are very pleased with how our house looks. Definitely be using Chuck's team for our painting needs.

Chuck was very easy to talk to and plan the painting project with. Because his main team was very busy at the time he brought in a contractor that he had used before "Diaz Painting" Tony Diaz and his team were very professional, polite and fast. They pressure washed the house the week before then started the prep and painting the next week. Two and a haft days later they finished up. Before leaving they did a great job of cleaning everything up. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional paint job.

Chuck Reger is an authentic human being, honest, considerate, and a good listener. I had 5 bids and he was very competitive. His crew led by Antonio was happy, communicative, and continuously checking to make sure the trim and body colors were the right color and in the right place. They exceeded my expectations for dates,times,masking,and clean-up. Chuck is a no pressure sales person with experience and professionalism. He also made many useful suggestions which he could have ignored. Instead, inspite of the fact that this is most probably my last house painting due to my septuagenerian status; he treated me as if I could possibly have another painting contract very soon. All in all every aspect of this contract was very pleasing

The highlights are that Terry and crew are very professional. On time, hard workers with excellent finished product. After the celing was textured and painted, there was a problem where we could see the tape over the seams in the ceiling. Was very odd and was the same in each room. I was very impressed with how Terry handled this situation. He had the Sherwin Williams rep come to our house to look at it. He recommended an oil based primer and that did the trick. Terry and his team then finished all 5 in one day and the ceilings are awesome. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Chuck and his team did an excellent job. The job was smooth from beginning to end. The project was completed on time, and the job was don to satisfaction. I would highly recommend Chuck and his team, and will use them in the future.

I think my house was the last painting job of the 2014 season for PROTECT PAINTERS. Owner Terry was very patient with me as I dithered about what color to paint the house -- I was bored with the chocolate milk brown the house had been for the past 14 years but was having trouble finding the right shade of sage or olive green to match my vision of what it should look like. When I finally made up my mind, the painters were fast and efficient, and got the job done (luckily, the weather was in our favor for about a week). Their attention to detail was outstanding, even down to painting only the top surface of my inch-and-a-half-thick house numbers in the trim color, which really makes the numbers pop. I didn't have to call them back at all to correct any mistakes -- it was all perfect the first time. And the work came with a 2-year warranty; gotta love that! Terry and company make a point of thanking their customers, which makes a lasting impression. I would recommend PROTECT PAINTERS to anyone.

I called Terry at ProTect Painters for a bid to paint 900 sqft of ceiling. Terry came out and inspected the job, and gave a quote quickly and professionally. I wanted to coordinate the celing painting to occur right after the popcorn removal, and Terry was very flexible with timing around the holiday. Terry and his team, were punctual, and communication was great. The Ceiling texture paint job came out better than expected. We wanted the texture to match the kitchen ceiling, and this also came out very close. The whole job was completed earlier than expected, since we were anxious to move back in before the holiday. After the job was completed, I found a few issues with the job, but Terry and team responded quickly to fix those. Overall, I was happy with service and work performed.

Chuck was very professional to work with. He followed up weekly as we tried to narrow down a start time (weather permitting) His crew was prompt, professional and did a fantastic job with not only the paint but the clean up as well. Chuck was on sight inspecting the work and was back on sight to do a final walk through to make sure the job was done correctly and that we were satisfied with the work. I highly recommend Chuck and his crew with Pro-Tec painters and will be referring them to friends and family in need of a professional painting company.

Overall, it went well I was pleased with the final outcome of the door. When they painted the trim piece white they had to paint it 4 times to prevent the old stain from coming through, but they came back the second day to correct it without any complaints. The crew worked hard all day to complete the task and the owner was there to ensure the work was completed as needed.

Chuck is very personable. His bid was virtually the same as another I got, but went with Chuck because I liked him. Chuck was excellent about coordinating with our gutter installer so that everything got done in a logical progression. He also went above and beyond with one of our trim colors--it didn't come in the intermediate-priced paint, so he went to premium paint without adding it to the bill. Chuck was also patient as we decided what color to use on the door and shutters. His painter Jose was an artist with the roller on the trim, and he was very fast on both coats for the house siding. Bottom line, the house looks great and we've had compliments from the neighbors on the painting job.One even wished he hadn't painted his own house and had used Protect instead.

Quote was received in a timely manner. I wanted to get the exterior painting done this year so I appreciated the quick response. The paint and trim job was done in 2 days by the work crew. At first I was not happy with the appearance of the trim on my house. But after I pointed out why I was unhappy, Chuck was very willing to make it right. When all was said and done, I was satisfied with the appearance of my house.

Our house was in dire need of some exterior paint as it had been at least 15 years since it was painted. Chuck Rager came out and did an estimate for us. He was friendly, professional, and gave us a very competitive price. Not only that, when he found out what colors we were considering, he gave us the address of another house they had done with approximately the same colors to give us an idea of what it might look like. He gave us an estimate of when it would be complete and then called us a week earlier than scheduled to see if they could do it sooner. They painting crew was friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place just like they found it. We would highly recommend ProTect Painters to anyone.

It was great. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves daily. At the end of the job the owner came and did the walked around and had them fix things he didn't like on the spot. I would recommend them to anyone.

Took three times as long as he said it would. quality was amazingly poor, hard to believe he has ever painted before. I'm still finding spots he missed . I have had to re paint much of it myself. Ceiling edges very sloppy

I was very satisfied with the work. They were on time and the entire paint job was completed in three days!

They did a great job. They had communicated professionally. They did well with getting a bid for us and everything went fine. I found these guys, gave direct information to the owner, Chuck, and he took it from there. They painted the exterior of a 2 story home. They prepped and painted the exterior, pressure washed, scrapped off, coated all areas and applied the Super Paint, 2 colors. They did doors, door frames, siding and soffics. It took them several days. They did send me some before and after pictures and the work looked good.

The painters arrived when they said they would on both days. I left to go to work. On the first day they caulked and fixed all the holes and baseboard corners. They also draped all the furniture with plastic and covered the floors with canvass coverings. When I arrived home after work the painters had just sprayed the ceiling and finished priming the doors. They finished the job on the second day. All evidence of their presence was gone when I arrived home. The job was done well. The men were courteous and professional. I have no complaints.

The estimate process was great. They worked with us to determine that we did have asbestos, and that would need to be removed by a company that removes those kinds of toxic materials. They cautioned us about what that might mean in regards to damage of the ceiling. There was quite a bit of damage to part of the ceiling - that Protect patched extremely well. They then worked with us to determine the level of texturing we wanted and the paint color. I really appreciated their thorough explanations as well as how well they completed the work. It looks great! We get compliments on our ceiling now! I would definitely hire them again!

They were great to work with. Estimate was accurate and provided in a timely manner. Some of the ceiling was pretty torn up after the popcorn was removed. They did an excellent job patching all of it and explaining what they were doing through the whole thing so there were no surprises. They completed the job on time. The texturing is consistent throughout and the ceilings look great! We actually get compliments as soon as people come in the house. We would definitely use them again!
