Fine Design Interior Remodeling

Description of Work: My experience with Fine Design was the best! My remodeling started out as just getting new carpet then a friend referred me to Patty the owner of Fine Design with the thought of just seeing what it would cost to remodel my kitchen. Her attention to my needs and budget were top notch. Within just a couple of days I had a drawing of what my new kitchen could look.. She brought me samples and help me in the decision process, she has a wonderful eye for what she does and I couldn't be happier with the samples she had for me to chose from and her expertise in how she help me get everything together was great. After that wonderful experience I just kept wanting more remodeling done so we moved on to the bathrooms and painting and flooring and window coverings, I now have the home of my dreams and truly until you look outside at the yard you would think you are in a different house. Description of Work: We have to remodel our bathroom. I called Fine Design and made an appointment with Ms. Patty Mattes to get an estimate. She was very nice over the phone. We agree on a date for her to come to the house. She showed up as agreed. She looked very professional, responsible, and polite. She submitted her estimate very quickly. It was a very difficult decision but I chose another contractor mostly because they were the first to come. Nevertheless, I had a very good experience with Patty. I recommend her service, especially if you have a very busy schedule because the provides all the material and even helps with the design.

Description of Work: I am what you would call "design/decorating challenged" I have wanted to make changes to my home for 20 years but didn't have a clue how to start the process. I figured it would be easier to just move to a new house. So as I am actively looking for this new house I heard about Patty and Fine Design. She came over to my house and just sat with me for a long time just asking me my likes and dislikes about my house and what I hope to find in a new house. I have a 1970's home and it looked like it. Old cabinets, tiny kitchen, dark living room and overall depressing. We hit it off right away, Patty is a real professional and down to earth person. She offered some ideas and made some measurements and was back to me with drawings and prices that week. To make a long story short... It was a miracle! Took down the wall between the kitchen and living room to open up the area like the newer homes have. All new kitchen cabinets, room for everything including the cookie sheets that always get in the way. The most beautiful and useful kitchen island with a gorgeous granite top. Hardwood flooring, all new doors, lighting and a new entry door that screams welcome. Patty picked out all the colors and fixtures for me. Just thinking about that stuff gives me an anxiety attack. :) It's like she knew just what I had always dreamed of and made it come true. Sappy I know but for people like me she was truly a gift. She did so much that it changed the whole feel of the house. So for 45K I got my new house and never had to pack a single box! I was so pleased I have passed her name on to everyone I know. Two years ago she worked her magic on our rental house too. Another success story there too. So if you want someone to help you with your remodeling of any sort at all and someone you can trust give Patty a call first. You'll end up with a beautiful house and a great friend to boot.
