Darrel and Jody did an amazing job! The 19 year old gas fireplace insert looks brand new! The glass is now so clean it seems to not be there. The restore and refresh is great! The installation of a fan is amazing! The surrounding walls donâ t get as hot and the warmth can be felt farther away from the actual appliance. I will recommend To others and hire again!

During a pandemic even, Cascade Fire Solutions solved our real problem. We were in the middle of a remodel before we realized that our old fireplace was a disaster. I looked around to find a good shop and found Cascade Fire Solutions. I called, and they sent out Darryl and Jody to review our situation and provide an estimate. They were prompt and ready for anything. They knew their products and were able to discover what we wanted almost immediately. We booked them to start the work. They took care of the permits and passed all their inspections the first time. The two days they were here, they left it cleaner than they arrived. These are the best examples I can give for a stellar organization and a great bunch of people. I'm so proud of the beautiful new fireplace.

They require all payments in advance of work, are difficult to contact by phone and, in our case, the work was done but it did not resolve the issue. The subsequent work we were quoted was an equally expensive repair that would essentially require them to redo all the work that had been done. They no longer have my trust; I will be looking for another professional to assess the problem and quote the work.

I called, they came, they saw and they fixed my chimney and cleaned out my wood stove. They were fun to work with, eager to share information about the workings of my wood stove and chimney when I asked questions, and they cleaned up when they were done and it was like they were never here. Thank you Cascade!

I was impressed with how courteous the installers were. They explained what they were doing. They found a cheaper easier way to run the pipe and they cleaned up after themselves. The office contact woman was amazing. Got back to me immediately when I had questions even after hours. Offered to postpone install due to covid19 virus issue. The man who estimated has over 30 years experience and used to be a firefighter so left me feeling I made the right choice. He was relaxed and shared his knowledge with no hard sell. A previous company tried to sell me on vent free fireplaces which this man informed me would be banned in a couple months due to emission issues. I thought they would have looked better as they go into existing fireplace and look natural. But they are not efficient heating units and possibly dangerous. Cascadeâ s units are enclosed with blowers to dispense heat. They are square and sit a bit out of my fireplace which is a curved adobe style. Not as cool as having a log burning in the open fireplace but a lot more efficient and safe. I have airbnb rentals and was not comfortable letting guests have a natural fire that is open. My insurance company actually asked we forbid fireplace use. This unit will heat the entire apartment eliminating need for space heaters. I Felt like Cascade helped me dodge a bullet from another company trying to dump their inventory before the ban. The cost was high to convert 2 fireplaces to sealed gas units but the units are attractive and solved the issue of having to do expensive chimney and box repairs in order to have wood fires. Also solved the fact we never used them cause it was too much of a pain to go get wood and tend it. Now.... flip a remote and voila fire and heat all in a sealed unit and you donâ t have to worry a guest will try to cook shmores in the fire.

The guys were fantastic...very knowledgeable and friendly! They took care of assessing my fire tower quickly. They advised me not to repair it as it would be cheaper to just order a new one. I felt they were very trustworthy. Then they went above and beyond by taking my old fire tower off my hands to recycle with no extra charge. I would highly recommend this company! Karen Federal Way

We purchased a home with a pellet stove, but had no details on whether it was operational or what. Cascade came out, did a thorough inspection, cleaned the stove, and even gave outstanding instructions to my daughter on how to operate and maintain the stove. Would definitely recommend them to others.

we had gas fireplace inserts installed to upgrade our 2 fireplaces. The work crew was experienced, took measures to protect the work area, took care of gas line permitting and were task focused to get the job done quickly. i was not happy that they laid their ladder on my gutter to access the roof, but no damage, so no harm.

Friendly Professional Clean work

The folks at Cascade FS were professional and courteous. I was treated great from the initial contact with the office to the final handshake with the tech. Highly recommend them!!

Gas fireplace would not light, the tech diagnosed the problem in minutes, removed defective part. Replacement part delived and installed a week later, all working correctly. Fast professional service, repairs done correctly. A little expensive but glad it was fixed right the first time.

The installers were very tidy, pleasant to deal with, courteous, and informative.

These guys did a great job on my pellet stove. It hasn't worked this well in years. They will be my go to company for any future fire solutions that I may encounter.
