Although the technician did a 700.00 job, the pellet stove still doesn't work. IT'S JANUARY!

Service rep was very friendly and professional. Since our unit is from 1991 he was very knowledgeable about it and let's us know that when it's time for a ne unit Cascade would be a good place to call upon. I would agree. No pressure and very honest.

Are pellet stove stopped light . I called other stove shops they could get to it for a week. Others don't work on are type of pellet stove. I got their phone number. Called sand that came out that night.. I would recommend them. They don't just fix may stove they checked it out made sure everything was working. Very thankful for them and the work service, price all food.

They confirmed what I was expecting...the stove is not repairable and is in fact an unapproved and dangerous installation..they left me with estimates for replacements and explained very thoroughly what needed to be done to bring any install up to code!!!

Did not show up to do the work. I took a day off from work. Had to pay in full up front. ?? About part costs and labor not answered.

GOOD SERVICE

He arrived in an unmarked beat up van, which instantly made me nervous. He did not inspect the chimney. I am doubtful that he cleaned out the T connection in the back, which I specifically had told him and the lady on the phone about. He was here 15 minutes.

We had him inspect our fireplace and he did a thorough inspection and gave a detailed explanation for what was wrong. He gave us options for how to fix the problems. My son-in-law who is an engineer decided to do more research before deciding whether to use this pro to replace the fireplace flue and insert. But I was happy with the detailed problem report and think the pro was competent and truthful.

Their inspections and recommendations were top notch.
