Description of Work: We have used their services in the past for a recurring clog and partial re-pipe. They completed the job with a few delays. More recently we called on a Monday for another clog on the other side of the house and was told they would be there Thursday. I had to work but husband and daughter were home. At the scheduled time I got a call and voice message from Patrick asking me to call him. As soon as I got a free minute I called them back and it went straight to a full voice mail box so I could not leave a message. I called 4 more time over the next few days and was never able to get through. I even tried texting as I'm pretty sure their work line is mobile. It has now been 5 days with no response from them and my tub is still clogged. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: It was a simple hot water and cold water crossed connection to part of the house. I think the guy saw it right away but steered me away and started weaving these tall tales of needing to run separate direct pipes to the problem areas through holes drilled in the floor. That was going to cost me $1200. When I didn't go for that then he said there was something else he could try. Even then I had to figure out where the cross connection was. Then he didn't have any pex parts. When he came back with the parts, he was done with the work in about 15 minutes.

He recommended a local plumbing supply store to obtain the part and did not charge anything for the assessment and information. Description of Work: I called Patrick to come take a look at the plumbing in my well house as it was leaking and was obviously installed by the previous owner. All in all, we ripped out a good chunk of the old plumbing and replaced it all with new fittings and got everything up and running. Overall, the work took a bit longer than expected as he did not have all the parts with him, but was very good about gettng them asap and going back and forth as needed.
