I would say it is average. I'm still having issues with my toilet, they didn't really fix it.

I called to schedule and he said he couldn't service me at that time and that he isn't offering the BD anymore. Got a refund.

He worked me into the schedule today. Was friendly, helpful and professional. Fixed the problem quickly.

Tom arrived promptly, first thing in the morning. He was friendly and knowledgable. He had to take some time to figure out the best option for us that day and in the future. He considered the information that we had and add his expertise. The work was done by the end of the day and to our satisfaction. We would use All Degrees Plumbing again.

We were very happy with the service by All Degrees Plumbing. They were very responsive from the first call and we always were able to talk to someone in the company via the phone (no phone tag dilemma). Tom did an excellent job on all the visits. He was professional, polite, conversant and candid which I respected tremendously. Although we did not get multiple quotes, I felt their prices were fair and never did Tom try to up-sell on any service. When we wanted to do additional things, he promptly gave us a quote and did not pressure us. The work was done in a quality manner and he explained the warranties along with other tips. We would definitely use them in the future.

Very well he didn't have the parts with him so he went to the store and got good quality parts instead of using cheaper ones

Tom called and said if he could arrive earlier than scheduled . That is courtesy . He arrived, donned booties and viewed what the job entailed and went to the tasks at hand. All parts were available from his well stocked van. After completion Tom tested all work and cleaned up. I am very pleased with the workmanship and the cost and will call ALLDegrees Plumbing for any future work !

I had an old pump in my downstairs bathroom that needed replaced. My plumber, Tom, arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. The original pump was replaced by a newer pump that needed some adjustments. Tom went out of his way to make sure the pump worked properly. Excellent service. I will use this company and Tom again when needed.

Arrived very quickly! I was scared when I saw water pooling up in the garage and they responded vety quickly. Tom was extremely professional, installed a brand new tank and carted off the old one.

It went extremely well. I was so pleased with the technician that came and did the work (Tom McAllister). He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and capable.

Took a few days to hear back after ordering service (200$ for 150$ special) and received a response only after the Angie's list reminder went out 3 days later. Took another day to get it scheduled. I don't know if this was their fault or Angie's. As far as the service, it was great. Tom showed up on time, was done in an hour, and even taught me a few things. Reasonable price, wish their was a little more detail for what is offered with the Deal such as 2 Hours Max etc but I got what I needed fixed. Would recommend.

Wonderful! They went out of their way to come out to give me an estimate on a very tight timeframe. They showed up on time, did an excellent job, and gave me a VERY good price. Tom and Patrick are so great to deal with, I couldn't recommend them higher. The job looks great and I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

They contacted me the next day to schedule the appointment. Called the day before to confirm and called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Performed the repair in a very professional manner, cleaned up after himself and wore booties while in the house. Even when it was inconvenient to put them on and take them off time and time again he was very courteous. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat and as a Realtor, will put them on my "preferred list".

Plumber arrived on time and, was able to begin repairs at once . He had any part that was required to perform the . The cost of the repair was a bit more than anticipated. However we do believe it was in line with what other service providers would charge .

I think we've found our new go-to plumbing company. Patrick was super nice and friendly, very patient, helpful and professional. We started out wanting a plumbing inspection for our small rental property, as purchased via the Angie's Big Deal, but we ran into some mold. After we had another company take care of that, we had them install all new plumbing fixtures in the place. This process spanned over two months and they were with us every step of the way, touching base every once in awhile to see how the mold removal was going, etc. In fact, it was All Degrees that had given us a referral to the contractor that took care of the mold! It was so great that they didn't just abandon us when we ended up needing work by another company. They were totally patient even though everything took longer than planned. The work they did was totally professional, and we even had them replace the garbage disposal in our main house as well, which had coincidentally also sprung a leak while all this was going on. They were able to come out promptly with short notice and finish the work quickly. We will definitely continue to use them for all our plumbing needs in the future!

EXCELLENT! PLUMBER TOM MC ALLISTER ARRIVED PROMPTLY, COULDN'T SEE ANY SIGNS OF WATER DAMAGE, PULLED THE CARPETING BACK FROM THE WALL TO SHOW THERE WAS NO WATER DAMAGE OR MOISTURE IN THE SQUISHY AREA. HE PUT THE CARPET BACK AND EXPLAINED WHAT TO LOOK FOR AS SIGNS OF WATER DAMAGE WITH THE TYPE OF FLOORING WE HAVE. ALSO, TOM LOOKED AT A TOILET IN ANOTHER BATHROOM THAT HAD A TRICKLE OF WATER COMING FROM THE HOLE IN THE TANK WHERE THE HANDLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INNER FLUSH MECHANISM. HE EXPLAINED THE TANK WAS FILLING TOO FULL, TURNED A SCREW AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM. ALL THIS AT NO FEE TO US. HE EXPLAINED THEY GIVE FREE ESTIMATES AND HE WOULD CONSIDER THIS A FREE VISIT.
