Description of Work: Tim arrived promptly and had me give him a tour of the rooms that he would be cleaning the carpets in. I pointed out some spots that I thought might prove to be difficult to clean. Tim then proceeded with pretreatment of the carpets and then steam cleaning. We were very happy with the results! Even the areas that I thought were hopeless looked great! The whole process took a total of about 2-1/2 hours. I would recommend Williams Carpet Cleaning to anyone interested in having their carpets cleaned.
