I hired Williams Carpet Cleaning (WCC) to clean all carpeting and upholstery in my home, after receiving a mailed flyer, which offered decent rates. I make an effort to hire locally. I foster cats for a local animal rescue not-for-profit. Some of these kitties had had some accidents, but my house never smelled because of it. People that visited my home could not tell that there were any cats at all, unless they were duly greeted. However, periodic carpet cleaning is always necessary, whether one owns/fosters pets or not. Scheduling an appointment with WCC was easy, and I got in right away. The technician was punctual, friendly, conscientious, and an asset to WCC. He worked hard to clean the carpets, using the cold-water equipment and soap/detergent he was given. Unfortunately, many stains were not removed, and my home smelled AWFUL after the cleaning than before. I think that any urine in the carpeting was simply hydrated and not so much removed. Historically, I have hired the pricier Stanley Steemer. Their equipment cleans using hot water and does not require soap/detergent, which leaves carpeting stiff. They remove stains, and any residual odors dissipate, once the carpeting dries. After waiting one week for the odors to dissipate, I just made an appointment with Stanley Steemer to re-clean everything. It is costing me DOUBLE by doing this twice, but I want it done right. I have learned my lesson. WCC’s service is not bad. I just think the equipment cannot compete with hot-water equipment. Also, afterward my carpeting was stiff from the soap application, which was not anticipated.

They did a fabulous job. It was so dirty and I didn't think they could get it cleaned, but they did. They were wonderful people. I called them and they were out here within two days. I would highly recommend them

I initially called to schedule an appointment on Wednesday in hopes of getting a Saturday appointment. They were booked up, but could fit me in on the following Tuesday at 2pm. I made sure to have everything picked up, put away, vacuumed, and ready for the rugs and carpet to be cleaned. 2pm came, and 2pm went, and no one showed up at my house. At 3pm I called, and the person who answered the phone said that I had declined service when I first called due to the price. I stated that I had agreed to the price and had confirmed the date and time in my first call. The lady on the line tried to be polite, but she argued with me, telling me again that I had declined service. Not only was it frustrating to be argued with, it didn't accomplish what I wanted to get accomplished - to find out if someone would be coming to my house that afternoon. Unfortunately they couldn't come that afternoon or the following but could fit me in on Thursday. The lady on the phone said it would be between 2:30pm and 3pm. So when i was home for lunch, I asked my husband to put away a few things to accommodate the carpet cleaners and reminded him that they would arrive between 2:30pm and 3pm. I headed back to work at about 1pm. I just arrived back at work when my husband texted me that the carpet cleaners were already there - a full hour ahead of schedule. Normally not a big deal, but we have two dogs who are very excitable around new people and so we to try put them outside before service providers arrive. At the very least, a courtesy phone call would have been nice to give us a heads up. The guys who came to clean the carpet did a great job. They were very thorough and both the carpets and rugs look 100% better than they did before the cleaning.

My husband and I removed every piece of furniture from our master bedroom so that we could clean our WHITE carpet. My friend came with her carpet cleaning machine, but discovered right away that it was inoperable. Yikes! We already had every HEAVY piece of furniture out of the bedroom! I immediately began phoning carpet cleaning services to obtain an estimate. The second company that I called was Williams Carpet Cleaning Company. The person I spoke with provided me with an estimate and told me that someone could be here about 3 pm. The estimate was very reasonable, and the timing perfect, so I agreed to the price. Jeremy called about 1 pm and told me that he had completed the job he was on, and that he could be arrive at 2 pm instead of 3 pm. I was elated! Jeremy arrived right on schedule. He pre-treated the carpet in the bedroom, then began cleaning the white carpet on the staircase. I thought that he would just zip through it quickly, but to my surprise and appreciation, he took ample time and was extremely thorough. After Jeremy completed cleaning the staircase, he cleaned the master bedroom carpet and the carpet in the master bedroom closets. He went over a few spots painstakingly, which I appreciated. After the job was completed, both my husband and I were amazed at how clean the carpets were. When Jeremy presented us with the bill, it was the quoted amount. Jeremy also gave us a bottle of spot remover, which I tried out on a spot in my sewing room. I was surprised that the spot lifted right away with no effort. Great product!! Both my husband and I are extremely appreciative of the promptness, price and professionalism of Williams Carpet Service. YES, we highly recommend their company to everyone, and YES, we will utilize their services again!

I recognize that there is no guarantee regarding pet stains, but I did expect to see an effort to make a difference. There were a couple other darker spots in the living area and den which are still visible. I do believe the price was good, the gentleman friendly and speedy, but the service did not meet my expectation so I will try another provider next time.

They were very courteous and friendly we applied apt online and received a response quickly. They did my living room and hallway and did a beautiful job. My carpet is old and I have 2 big dogs that shed I brush them everyday but it still manages to get in the carpet, they came in and cleaned my carpet and it looks fantastic, not new of course but I don't think anyone could have done any better then they freshened it because of the pets and didn't charge me. They were so nice and seemed to just want to make us happy !! We will use them again

Williams Carpet Cleaning Co they are good. I used them about a year ago. I think it was around $200. They are readily available usually and they do a good job. The do a good job. I have used them three or four times.

I called to ask about scheduling an appointment and the receptionist was flexible and accomodating. In general, I have found customer service in the Tri-Cities lacking but Williams is an exception. The carpets were beautiful upon completion.

It went very well. Curtis and Randy showed up at the appointed time, to the minute. Randy took care of the carpet stretching while Curtis did the cleaning. Both were very polite and professional. The carpet (off-white) came out looking very good. They successfully removed rust stains from where a safe had been sitting, which I didn't realize was possible. I added the upholstery cleaning (not previously arranged), no problem, superior result (white fabric, also). The entire process was completed in just under three hours. I couldn't be more pleased.

Called and came early, which was great.Very personable and professionable. Very quick prep, set-up and back-up.Very attentive to info I gave about carpets.Removed some very very old stains from a white carpet! :) Then because he had gotten to my appointment 2 hrs early, agreed to go to my Mom's small apartment and do her carpets.She was thrilled and so am I. .

Very good job, very thorough and not rushed or too over long. The drying was right on time, about 3 hours and the worker put all the large furniture we left in the rooms up on plastic blocks to keep from staining the wet carpet. He even found and returned a 50 cent piece that our granddaughter lost during a visit.

Called them (as others with no response )as soon as we found out my mother was able to go home frome rehab and it was her wish to get her carpets and upholstery cleaned before her homecoming.. They were the first to respond and got the job done on time with good results! My daughter found them on Angie's list. I will definitely call on them again

Now that our three kids are grown, we thought it might be good to shampoo the carpets and upholstered furniture. I was interested to see how our oldest carpet in the basement would look after its first cleaning in 15 or 20 years. Wow! Looks almost new! Janet, who made the appointment, was very accommodating and gave an estimate before the appointment. The night before the work, as we moved furniture off the carpeted areas, I decided to add the sofa bed and three area rugs to the job. The next day, "Tim" arrived on time and when I asked if he had time for the add-ons, he said he would make time. Finished in less than three hours, with a detailed invoice. He earned a tip, and my repeat business. I recommend to other customers to schedule carpet cleaning on a nice day when you can leave the windows open for a few hours afterwards. Enjoy!

We learned about Williams Carpet Cleaning from Angie's list. The phone conversation with Janet to discuss their approach to carpet cleaning, obtain an estimate, and to schedule their service was pleasant and helpful. The technician called in advance to see if he could come early. He answered any question we had. He was having some difficulty removing a stain in one of our bedrooms. He took the time to point out the problem and possible solutions. He was courteous, careful, and hard working. A very good experience all in all.

I was going to clean my carpets myself but it took me about 10 minutes to determine that the rental machine I had procured could not do the job. I remember seeing Williams Carpet Cleaning on Angie's list so I called and prayed that I could get the work done today because I had already moved furniture and prepared each room. I reached Janet at Williams and told her of my predicament. Janet was very helpful. She arranged for an employee to be at my house in an hour to do the job. That employee was Chase; he was highly professional and careful doing his work. He finished the job within 2 hours and I was completely satisfied. I will certainly call Williams in the future when I need my carpets cleaned.

I found out the In-laws were on their way over from the coast and had to act quick, so i called Williams they were able to come out the same day. The receptionist was wonderful and the van showed up when she said it would. the employee Chase, was very thorough and cleaned the place up nice. He also left me a bottle of spotter which i already had to use and it worked. So all in all I had a great experience with Williams and will definitely use them again.
