Description of Work: Issaquah glass installed a glass shower door 2 years ago and it needed some adjustment. They completed the job for no cost but I paid them $50 anyway. They installed new windows in our home several year ago and did a great job.

Description of Work: replaced cracked front door glass panel, which took all of 11 minutes. Professional and on time. I think you might be able to find a slightly less expensive provider, but Issaquah Glass is very dependable and does quality work.

John came out at a convenient time to take measurements, and Bill returned 7 days later (a week earlier than the two-week estimate) to install the mirror to our specifications. Very efficient, professional and friendly. They each had 25 plus years experience in glass business. We are very satisfied with the work, and will call them for our next job: replacing some of our double-paned windows.

+ -1 moreThe estimate was the lowest price of the five that I got for replacements for older Weathervane windows. Glen, the installer, arrived on time and completed the work in about six hours. The work area was cleaned up and he cleaned the windows he replaced. Everything was done very professionally. I would recommend this company for any glass work. Always get multiple estimates. The quotes varied considerably between contractors.
Description of Work: Replaced five fixed double pane insulated glass panes and one double insulated slider.

+ -1 moreCraig was patient and explained exactly how to take proper measurements. Rick Hamilton came to the house to give an estimate for replacing all windows + 1 slider. He was on time, pleasant and informative. When I had a question/problem regarding measuring for screens another individual in the office wouldn't take the time to help, suggesting he had no idea what I was talking about and would have Craig call me. All other staff got an A for customer service.
Description of Work: I had custom screens made for 3 windows that needed a pass through opening to reach the handle. It took approximately 2 weeks for fabrication. In addition I had them come out to give me an estimate for window/door replacement. We have not yet proceeded on that project.
