"In the beginning it was fine when he was doing the job. There was an agreement signed that said he will come back to do yearly maintenance and it’s been more than a year and he hasn’t come back. Also he was suppose to finish the job by installing units for the house extension which will soon start too. But since he is not answering me so I’m afraid he may not come back for it too."
