Ozanne Custom HVAC

In the beginning it was fine when he was doing the job. There was an agreement signed that said he will come back to do yearly maintenance and it’s been more than a year and he hasn’t come back. Also he was suppose to finish the job by installing units for the house extension which will soon start too. But since he is not answering me so I’m afraid he may not come back for it too.

Did a great job and had great prices

Robert and his team are excellent and I highly recommend them. Their work is reasonably priced, high quality, and they are very efficient and tidy on the install. I really appreciate how Robert set expectations up front, and then did exactly what he said he would do, when he would do it, for the quoted cost. Great service. Worth the money

Robert Ozanne is very knowledgable about HVAC. He communicates clearly at the beginning of the project, and also has a pride for his work. When he bashes on how bad my HVAC was previously installed, I could tell he is telling it from the tradesperson's pride. There was a drastic difference, at the end, how my AC and furnace look like compared to he comes in before. It's cleaner, all sealed properly, insulated on the ducts, etc. These should have all been covered by my previous HVAC guy, and from comparison I could tell Robert, Jake (or Jay? Sorry if I messed up your name) and Toby certainly have better craftsmanship. Aside from the great work, when they opened up the furnace, it was rusted and leaking even though it was ONLY ONE YEAR OLD! I had to call my general contractor and got the previous HVAC guy back to my garage. Robert and I explained the situation together with him, and I had him got me a new furnace, but this time, installed properly by Ozanne, warranty done right, and it was all clean and shiny. And that wasn't even what I paid him for doing! I got him coming in to update my airducts. Needless to say the work was great, he could've sold me a mini-split, but he helped me replace all my air ducts, and create new ones on the attic level, so now I don't even need a new mini-split. Before, we always have 10+, sometimes even 20 degrees difference in summer when we turn the AC on. Even though summer isn't here yet, but I can tell that the total airflow has got so much better in the house.

Service was fast, efficient, and for a good price. Air conditioner worked great all summer.

The Ozanne crew arrived on time, went to work, and completed the furnace installation in a very timely manner. Very impressed with their service and will use them again for any HVAC needs that I have.

I cannot recommend Robert Ozanne HIGHLY ENOUGH. Not only is he great with responses (vs a few other local companies who put me 2+ months out just for an estimate including the company who installed my current heating set up) but he was quick to get me on schedule. His bid (estimate) came in FAR below the others, which I had a total of 4 companies come out. I felt the most comfortable with Robert's knowledge and commitment than I did any other company. He won't rest until you have exactly what you need. I already have him coming back for several other things that needed updating and I won't hire anybody BUT Robert. He's that good and honest. You can't beat his prices. Go ahead and try.

I had multiple projects going on at once and Ozanne Custom was the only company I truly enjoyed working with. Robert was patient with me and took the time to explain everything. He was always very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. He goes above and beyond and truly cares about his customers like they are family. I will hire him again in a heartbeat.

The gas furnace on my rental house broke during the night that the roads were buried in snow and temperatures were in the low 20's. I submitted requests for quotes to several companies at mid night, and Ozannecustom contacted me early morning. No other companies contacted me until a couple days later. Ozannecustom was able to come and replace the furnace on the same day with reasonable pricing. The quality of work was really good and way better than I expected. Thank you a lot for having it done during a tough day.

It went very well! Have had them do couple jobs. A replacement and a new heat system at different properties. Would recommend and use again! :)

Installation went flawlessly. The system has been great for our home and the installation is clean and up to code.

The job actually included gas lines from the tank for all appliances, water heater install and vent lines for bathrooms and kitchens. It was a remodel making a duplex out of a single family house. The system is zoned for both units and works flawless. Overall, they knew what they were doing and saved me a bundle of money.

Robert is A.MAY.ZING! I purchased a 1932 log cabin that needed a LOT of work. I hired Robert to install a force-air heat system. He had to completely create the ducting under the house AND he built out a utility room for me where he installed the furnace/A.C., tankless water heater, and a stacked washer & dryer. The room is beautiful with a pocket door and he matched the tongue and groove knotty pine walls. The 1932 original river rock fireplace and huge chimney was in bad shape, so I decided to change to a propane insert. Robert took out the old chimney, re-roofed the area, reinforced the base under the house, preserved the river rock and installed a perfect insert. Originally the chimney was on the outside of the house but somewhere along the line, someone added more rooms around the chimney. By removing that, Robert created more room in the kitchen and bathroom. He remodeled the bathroom and kept the integrity of the vintage kitchen. He installed an automatic sump-pump under the house as well as reinforced the supporting beams and installed strapping for earthquake support. His pricing is good and communication is great. He takes photos as he works to document the progress. He was clean and organized. I would absolutely hire Robert and Ozanne Custom again and would definitely recommend him to others. He is also well connected in the construction field and was able to tell me names for other people to hire for other jobs. Thank you, Robert!
