We asked these guys to clear out our pipes and they chose to jet them instead of cabling or wart hogging them to clear the roots. That along with their subsequent attempt to sell us a $17,000 job is the source of my issues. The work they did was done in a fine fashion.

The worker was pleasant, professional, explained what he was doing, and did exactly what he said. I had called another plumbing company the day before. They had estimated $2400 to replace a lot of older drain pipe. The Rescue Rooter guy cleared the drain for $180.

They found and sealed the leak even gave up advise on keeping the pipes clear from leaks, they came on a weekend.

The repairman did a good job overall. I did however feel that they were high priced but we did have to call them out on a Sunday as we had water everywhere. The repairman was over an hour late but he did call and let us know so I guess that counts for something.

They were here promptly, very pleasant and did a good job. They were not inexpensive, we were quite satisfied with their work.

Fine. Not very hard to snake a drain.

Rick B. was really working to make sure the pipes were open. The supervisor came out to do the camera work and I didn't find him to be nearly as professional. He couldn't get the camera down and told me that I needed thousands of dollars worth of other work.

THE DRAIN WAS LEFT AFTER 4 HRS OF ACTUAL ATTEMPT IN WORSE CONDITION OF STOPPAGE THAN IT BEGAN. A LARGE AMOUNT OF MUD WAS REMOVED. IT WAS LEFT IN THE DRIVEWAY. THIS COST APPROX $600. AN OFF THE CUFF ESTIMATE COSTING ANOTHER $200 INDICATED ANOTHER $10,000 TO DIG A 150 FT DITCH WITH APPROX $600 OF PVC PIPE. THE STOPPAGE LOCATION WAS ONLY GENERALLY LOCATED WHEN IT COULD HAVE BEEN PINPOINTED WITH JUST ANOTHER 1/2 HR OF EFFORT. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE INTEGRITY IN MY OPINION. I RAN A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS FOR 20 YRS - I AM QUITE AWARE OF INTEGRITY IN BUSINESS VERSUS SIMPLY MAKING AS MUCH PROFIT PER HOUR AS POSSIBLE.

Called in the AM when discovered problem on the weekend. Representative said they would call back in 10 minutes and was more like an hour. We scheduled an appointment. The gentleman came out and decided our pipe was broken. He didn't have the proper machine to locate the break. Scheduled someone to come out the next day to locate the break. Told us this would cost an additional $200.00. We had company and my husband rushed everyone back to our house to be there on time. They didn't show up during the scheduled window. My husband called in and they said they would call him right back. Two hours later we heard a knock on the door and a guy walked in like nothing had happened! He did not apologize and spent 5 minutes (I timed him) locating the break. To his credit he did not charge us, then gave us an estimate for $4600.00 to fix the pipe. Luckily we checked the list and got an A rated company to come and do the job for which they charged $2850.00!

It went very well. The plumber explained and showed me exactly what he was going to do and why. He even gave me some instructions about what household cleaners not to store under the sink in order to prevent or delay a future rust leak problem with the new disposal. With the new disposal installed properly I am not having the drain clogging problems I had before either.

THE WORK TOOK ABOUT FOUR HOURS, AND TWO VISITS. I FIND IT SURPRISING THAT A CAMERA WAS NEEDED TO CLEAR A DRAIN. AT ONE POINT THE REPAIR GUY SAID I HAD TWO BREAKS, ONE OF WHICH WOULD REQUIRE BREAKING UP OUR SLAB FOUNDATION! FORTUNATELY HE PERSISTED IN HIS SNAKING ATTEMPTS AND EVENTUALLY WAS ABLE TO CLEAR THE PIPES. THE WORK GOT DONE, BUT THE TIME AND EXPENSE SEEMED TOO MUCH.

THE REPAIRMAN WAS PRETTY MUCH ON TIME. BUT EVERYTIME THEY CAME, WE HAD TO PAY, SO IT WASNT VERY CONVENIENT. THE PRICE WAS SOMEWHAT REASONABLE AND THEY WERE SOMEWHAT PROFESSIONAL.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. I CALLED AND THEY CAME OUT THE SAME NIGHT. THE PLUMBER WAS REALLY NICE AND INFORMATIVE. HE COMPLETED THE JOB WITHIN AND HOUR.

I CALLED THEM BECAUSE MY DRAIN IN MY TOILET WAS CLOGGED. THEY CAME OUT WITHIN AN HOUR BOTH TIMES I CALLED THEM AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF THE WORK. THEY CLEARED THE DRAIN AND EXPLAINED THE ANATOMY OF MY TOILET AND WHY IT KEPT CLOGGING. THE SECOND TIME THEY CAME OUT THEY SUGGESTED I GET A NEW TOILET TO SAVE MYSELF MONEY IN THE LONG RUN. PRIOR TO THAT EXPERIENCE I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY THAT CHARGED ME TWICE THE PRICE AND A FEE TO JUST LOOK AT THE TOILET.

I WAS ABLE TO CONTACT THEM VERY EASILY AND WHEN TALKING TO THEM THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, BUT EXPENSIVE, AND DID NOT SHOW UP AT THE TIME THEY HAD SCHEDULED.

RESCUE ROOTER CAME IN ON AN EMERGENCY REPAIR. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL.

KENNY THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME, AND DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB, THOUGH HE COULDNT COMPLETE THE WORK, BECAUSE THE ELECTRICAL WIRING WAS NOT UP TO CODE.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE PLUMBER, TODD MALEY. DID ALL THE WORK AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AT ALL TIMES.
