"Marty at Adapt is the most versatile electrician you will hire. He completed separate projects where he configured & ran new lines, updated lines and corrected improper wiring. His knowledge is impressive (2 of the projects were not simple or easy jobsâ ¦), but his work ethic and his integrity are beyond compare (he works as if never tiring). Iâ m writing this review because Marty is fabulous at his trade, but the very best person to work with. Every time he was here, he completed work as promised, made sure I was happy with his work and gave me his cell number in case I had questions after he left. "I needed to swap my security camera network out for a new one, and had some specific requirements that Iâ  d compiled from several years of experience with using security cameras. Efficient Communication Solutions responded quickly to my request for information on the services they provide. Don, one of the co-owners, visited and listened carefully to my wish-list for a new system. We went through many options and configurations and found one that met my needs for a reasonable price for the equipment and installation. The two-person crew who did the actual installation were great. James and Jacob came prepared, did top notch work with installing all the cabling and cameras, all while being a delight to work with. There were no corners cut, no sloppy work, they paid careful attention to details, and the final result is a neat, professional installation. The NVR configuring was completed and tested, and they explained the settings and usage clearly. The scheduling of the installation was less than 2 weeks out after signing a contract and the work was done in just over 3 days. I want to also mention that James and Jacob were very careful when around my cats, not letting them outside, and not scaring or disturbing them. Their efforts were greatly appreciated. On a scale of 1 to 10, the work ECS did on this system was a solid 10. There is a catio/sunroom project in the works, and after itâ  s completed, I will be using ECS to install additional cameras around the new structure - no question about who I will call to do the work."

"This was a new $800,000.00 home We still don't have the house signed off from Cowlitz county planning because of Fusion Electrical Services LLC have not completed it BUT WERE PAID IN FULL OVER A YEAR AGO.My mini split has not been completed in 13 months, my breaker panel hasn't been put back together in a year, I paid parker and alissa in full.The owner Alissa tried to put a protective order against me back in August because I sent her text message asking when will they complete my job. I sent her a correction notice from Cowlitz county planning showing her all the correction needed. The Judge said me texting to get my job done was NOT harrassment. Since then I found out from Feltons HVAC good guys, that the electrical wires that Fusion spliced Diakin says no you can't, that is why my mini split won't work. They cut my new cooling lines I supplied in the kit, they said they had to because the lines were to short. That is not true it's because Parker had no clue what he was doing and didn't install the inside unit first then measure the lines and wires then set the height of the outside unit. We are forced to go back to court in a few months. They received 3 separate violation from WASHINGTON STATE LNI on my new home, now LNI just notified us about some other things. Parker and his company are not licensed to do HVAC work, he said he was licensed and bonded for HVAC he lied, FYI you cant file a lien on thier bond for HVAC even though they did the work and destroyed my install kit for my mini splite, I have a invoices from another company to fix the mess, replace the destroyed kit and complete the job on the mini split for over $5000.00 and for electrical over $5000.00 She won't resolve it I have tons of text messages asking her to just get it completed, she tells me she will jerry rigge it with no new parts, I paid for new I want the job done correctly . I hope this helps another consumer to be protected"
