Description of Work: Spray for insects and rodent control under the house. This year was the first time we have ever sprayed for insects and we had more than we ever have! Maybe it was the weather? Wife did not dig more spiders than usual being in the house!

Description of Work: The Eden serviceman treated the perimeter of our buildings for carpenter ants and refilled rodent bait traps. We've been using this service for several years as we live in the woods. The treatments have really taken care of the problems we had before, and the cost has been well worth it. And all of the workers have been so polite, knowledgeable and professional.

Description of Work: Nothing. I called their 800 number. A friendly receptionist asked me to hold. After I had listened to lengthy pre-recorded company advertising, eventually got a recording inviting me to leave a message. Left my contact information. It's been 24 hours, no call back. Called another exterminator. (At least the receptionist was friendly and professional.)

Description of Work: New service, sprayed the exterior, check the attic, outside perimeter, crawl space and found dead mice in spite of exclusion work performed by Eastside Exterminators. Technician set up mice baits. Came back 2 weeks later to check if there were new activity. Added new baits and traps. Very thorough and friendly.

+ -1 moreWe are really satisfied with the job that Eden does for us. We appreciate that they take care of the traps, and we don't even have to worry about them. They also do this free of charge. I also appreciate that they take care of scheduling the service and I don't have to worry about it.
Description of Work: This company takes care of our quarterly pest control. This includes ridding our property of spiders, rats, mice, and bees. They also change the traps for the mice and rats for us in between services, at no charge.

+ -1 moreWhenever we call, they always make sure to return our calls. I would recommend them to other people any time. They are very responsive as well. They have a great service and the product they use works well. We have not had any sign of bugs since they came. We pay them every two months.

+ -1 moreThe initial sales rep. that came to my house was professional and great to work with. The technicians that followed were not consistent and were not able to get rid of the ants. They sprayed chemicals consistently, and the ants just continued to come back. After two plus years of this, I asked if they were going to be able to take care of my ant problem and they said "no". The service after the initial consult was less than professional, and I am walking away feeling scammed.
Description of Work: I had them coming to my house every other month for two years to get rid of ants.

+ -1 moreThe consultation went well. Kathy was very pleasant & thorough. I was told the rat feces would be "deodorized & sanitized" & that three traps would laid in the crawl space in strategic locations. After the tech visited I realized the heating duct in the living room had been knocked off the vent. I called Kathy three times, leaving two messages & did not receive one callback. When the tech finally came to reattach the duct, he did an awful job, stuffing the insulation into the duct & attaching it to an electrical wire instead of the vent. I also noticed only TWO traps, none anywhere near where the rat had actually burrowed under the house & was living. Also noticed a great deal of rat droppings. I thought they were going to sanitize!?! In the end I had to cancel my check, write a letter of dissatisfaction, and arrive at a compromise payment for the work performed.
Description of Work: I had a consultation with Kathy (sales rep) which went very well. The tech then came out & treated for carpenter ants & laid traps & bait stations for a rat. A week later the tech came out to check the traps for the rat.
