Description of Work: Complete roof replacement went very well. All work done was explained beforehand in a professional manner and follow up was spot on. The crew worked with a sense of purpose but were thorough with the whole job to include clean up. I would not hesitate to recommend if you have a roof that needs repair or replacement.

Description of Work: I received three quotes, Roof Doctor was second lowest by a small amount. But considering l expected they would need to replace more plywood than initially bid, and their price on extra plywood was the lowest, their final cost was the lowest of all bidders. They scheduled the work right away an the crew was super efficient and considerate. The roof turned out great and they cleaned up everything like they had never been there. I recommend Roof Doctor without any reservation.

 + -1 moreFamily-owned business. Daughter was estimator. Extremely friendly and courteous, and helpful. Arrived on time, work completed in about 6 hours. They cleaned up after themselves, even took a pile of yard waste I had laid next to garage. They were meticulous about everything. Even cleaned a couple of high windows that had gotten smeared. Yard looked cleaner after the left then it had before they came! Daughter came back to check on if I was happy with the work, I definitely was.
Description of Work: Replaced roof, including two sheets of plywood; cleaned gutters and removed all waste and materials, cleaned skylights and replaced trim.

Throughout the process, the team lead was in regular contact with us to ensure they were meeting our expectations. We would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We contacted the Roof Doctor to replace our roof following a wind storm. They did a great job patching up our roof, but discovered our shingles were defective. When we decided to go ahead and replace the roof a few weeks later, we called the Roof Doctor back to do the job.

 + -1 moreThey took the time to educate us on how to control the moss on our roof so that we can avoid spending money on moss removal. They cleaned up all the debris that fell off the roof and hosed off the side of the house upon completion of the roof cleaning. The roof looks like new again. We are very happy with the service provided.
Description of Work: They cleaned our roof including removing a TON of moss. Gutters were also cleaned. Moss prevention treatment was applied.

 + -1 moreWe have a metal roof, and there are very few people with expertise on these. Repair person came and inspected promptly, and then could not do the work for two weeks due to rain. First dry day he was back and finished the work. Could have been a bit more communicative.

 + -1 moreThey were very good. The work was very impressive. I would not say they were very expensive, but, I paid them for the quality of job they undertook. The quality was good. Even with 2 wind storms, everything seems to be fine. I joked with one of the workers, if my pump house could be roofed too and I was astonished, when I saw it was done in just 8 minutes. They were very professional. I will surely use their services in the future too.

 + -1 moreVery smooth from start to finish. When I called the company, they had a man out the next day to discuss options and give me an estimate. His suggestions and brochures allowed me to pick the options I wanted. Their crew arrived as scheduled and did the whole job in one day (despite the fact that it was exceptionally hot that day). Everyone involved was professional and friendly. Shrubbery was protected and cleanup was well done. I recommend them highly.
Description of Work: Tear off and replace roof on 1500 sq. ft. home. Resheath older section of home (approx 700 sq. ft). Install 14" tube skylight. Remove old unused chimney to below roof level. Install 30 year AR shingles.
