It went fine. The only reason for not rehiring is the fact the provider was located a good distance away and travel was inconvenient. I recommend placing accurate areas of coverage on each offer of service.

It went really well. The bathroom and kitchen cleaning was very good. Just missed a couple of spots or two like one window and the door jambs and some cabinets. But it was all good overall.

The work that was done was done well. When contacted owner about work that wasn't completed, response was unprofessional and owner refused to come back and finish.

Emma and Carmen worked efficiently through their routine of cleaning the bathroom and kitchen surfaces. They then proceeded to clean the floors. I directed them to cleaning my windows, carpeted stair wells, walls, door, shoe cabinet surface, and much needed dusting of electronics. They worked 4 hours: 2 hours each.

They were amazing. The bathrooms especially needed attention. In the end they looked brand new. Highly recommend.

Kitchen floor was swept but not washed. I had to wash down some walls in the bathroom after the crew left. Crew appeared to have "cleaned" rooms other than what I asked. I'd already done the rooms myself, and I think they ran out of time to clean the kitchen floor because they wasted time in areas they didn't need to touch. They did a great job cleaning the oven. Overall, I was disappointed.

Sofia was professional and easy to work with. They did a great job cleaning my house - it looked beautiful! I would definitely hire this company again.

Since we had to coordinate from Seattle, it was important that we knew when the cleaning team would be arriving at the home in Olympia. They arrived at the specified time. The biggest challenge was cleaning two bathrooms that had very bad water stains in toilet bowl. They did an amazing job! We have tried for years to remove those stains with no luck. The cleaning team realized that the job was going to take more time than originally planned so they asked if they could return to finish the following day which we arranged to leave a key for them. They finished the job and everything was far better than we thought would be possible for the condition of the home. I would not hesitate to recommend Sofia's Cleaning Express.

They were so nice and efficient. The huge bathroom took them more time, but they asked me if using more time was OK. It was worth it. I had been sick, and I just couldn't face the project myself. . They really did a top notch job on the whole kitchen. I don't think my stovetop has ever been that clean since it was new. Everything looked and smelled great. The next time I have a large gathering at my house, I am calling them.
