We first had a reservation made on line with Coit of Seattle and they did not show. Called 2 days later and finally got a very rude person in Seattle to say they no longer service the area. We used them for years and years! Went on Angies list and found Servpro of Yelm and called him. He was booked for over month and a half and I asked him about the Olympia office and said give Tom a call and he may have a open spot. I called and left message for Tom and he returned it promptly. Made appointment for Monday morning and he was right on time ready to go. They cleaned 3 rooms and they were cleaner than when Coit did them! Also less smell and easier drying. The carpet from Coit was always real wet afterwards. Will use Tom again and tell people about them. Thanks Tom! Brad Johnson (Son of Homeowner)

They arrived on time and all the carpets were cleaned to our satisfaction. We were very happy with there work and professionalism.

We used them right before Christmas. I called him at the last minute on Thursday and he came on Friday. He was very nice on the phone and did a great job. We are just very happy him. He was awesome.

The carpet was extremely dirty from two years of large dogs tracking dirt in and out. Tom and his crew explained exactly what they were doing, pre-treated stains, vacuumed edges and corners and behind furniture, cleaned, steamed and scrubbed the whole place. Very personable and professional - called when they needed to be a bit late - and left the carpet gleaming.They did an AMAZING job.

They were very very good. The man to call is Tom. He comes out, takes a look at your house, and gives a quotation. It lasts for a good amount of time. It's been 3 weeks and the stains have not come back. The price was very reasonable. They moved all the furniture themselves, put it all back, talked to me about about how to keep it maintained, and told me not to clean it more than 2 times a year because it is bad for the carpeting. I probabaly won't have to because it's so good. They were dry and able to be walked on an hour after he left.
