Despite having them set the time, the crew showed up late for the second time in a row. ( I had them come out a second time because I thought maybe it would be better). The team is very nice and they are native English speakers. The cleaning is not stellar but it was a sold effort. They do this thing of putting Chef's knives in the dishwasher. Big problem. Otherwise, its an OK service. I wont use them again, but its mostly because I indicated that on the second visit that I might want to change the scope. They sent me an email with their version of what I wanted and without me agreeing to it (I am busy and I didn't have time to review it). When they arrived, I asked if they knew what they were suppose to do and they all said, "yes". When they were done, they charged a higher rate based on something I did not agree to. I paid them and sent them on their way.

Always on time and efficient. Flexible with schedule changes. Have used Magic Mops for approximately one year and never had any problems.

We have known Sheri , the owner, for several years and she has been cleaning our home for approx. 7 yr and ndash; first with another company and now her own. She is thorough, meticulous and loves what she does. We will use no one else. She's always on time and very dependable.
