Magic Mops Professional Cleaning Services

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!!! I booked a move out cleaning with Sherri…they charged me $735 upfront (before any service was preformed). On Friday, Brandi arrived (an hour late…she said she had car trouble; I understand that, things happen) as a single cleaner for a 2551 sq ft house. I was concerned, but she said she worked as fast as two people. Around 5:30, she said she was done…BUT, what wasn’t done was the oven, the upstairs shower, the microwave, and a slew of other things. (Some photos attached) When pointed out, she attempted to address the other issues but it was too big of a job for one person and she didn’t have proper supplies. She eventually started crying and told me she did her best…that she asked her boss for more help and was told ‘no’. I have called the business number since Friday, all day today (Monday, 21 August) no answer or return phone call. THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. The address is for a personal residence (I literally drove there today).

They sucked. The house was completely empty 1500 sq feet. All the rooms have paneling except 2 bedrooms. I don't believe that any of it was wiped down as directed. They were there less then 1 hr, Carpet is in every room and the person did a really lousy job and he too was there less than an hour. They were to contact the owner before leaving. Owner lives on the property and was able to see them arrive and leave. Start time for the young ladies was 8:am didn't arrive until 10:20 and were gone before 11:30. The young man arrived at 12:00 gone before 1:00

Ky and her team have been cleaning my home for 6 months. They arrive in a timely fashion and always leave my home looking great. The ladies are cheerful and a pleasure to have in my home. Sheri in the office has consistently been helpful when I have required extra services. I strongly recommend Magic Mops

We were called and informed that one worker called in sick and the other pone "never showed up". We are now awaiting an appointment with another service.

We were very fortunate to have had Alexuss and Lisa in our home today to provide cleaning. They are both extremely good at what they do and both have wonderful personalities. We found due to medical issues a need to hire a company to help us maintain the house while concentrating on healing. Thankfully we found Magic Mops and that Alexuss and Lisa work for them. Thank you both for caring and helping us so very much! You did a wonderful job.

One guy, did not come with furniture blocks and seemed surprised that I would want him to slide the couch and table to clean the entire carpet. I don't mean heavy things like bookshelves or TV stands, just basics, like a couch. I moved all the small stuff out in preparation. Maybe just a bad day but I would not have him back. Fortunately another company (not from Angie's List) came the next morning and did a great job. My first time with Angie's List - was not impressed at all.

We've had Magic Mops come regularly for months now and it's always a great experience. We've had different employees come, but they are always great and have notes about our preferences from previous cleanings (such as certain products we prefer or what rooms need extra attention). Last time I had Cierra & Ashley. They were both awesome! Very friendly and did a great job!

They are on time, Anna, Cierra and Ashley did a very throrough clean, and listened to any specifics i had. I really enjoyed coming home to my clean house.

Always get great work from the team. Val, Carrie, & Anna were very thorough while also efficient on time. Also, able to easily reschedule normal appt due to being out of town. Thanks, team!

The Ladies from Magic Mops always do a good job. Sheri Meshell, the owner, is very responsive and concerned that good work be done as I want. This month Valerie, Carrie and Ashly cleaned my house. It sparkles!!!! They did a great job. And as always the girls were punctual, friendly and very nice to talk to. Great people!!!!

I love Magic Mops! Coming in from work to a sparkling, fresh smelling home is so nice! Knowing my crew will listen to my specific requests is awesome. Can't imagine a more wonderful group to trust my home (and my sanity) to. Oh! And they are wonderful with my dogs! Worth every penny of their $40 hourly rate. I've been home for a cleaning visit, and know that the crew never stops moving. They make the most of the time!

The team is prompt, they are careful with my items and always friendly, The house always looks and feels so wonderfully clean. I like the fact they use environmentally safe products. We have an indoor only kitty and they always take care to make sure he does not escape. Very pleased with the service they provide.

Our home was sparkling from top to bottom! The glass doors and windows looked brand new, hardwood floors were beautiful and I didn't find a spec of dusty anywhere.

Excellent service for several years. Especially good service when the team coming is consistent. Current team with Val and Carrie is exceptional.

The team all took their own territory, worked diligently to get things done. They used their own product, I approved of everything, except the cleaner used on my stainless appliances was very streaky. I loved their professionalism and friendliness. I will call them back.

It went fairly well with a couple of times the cleaning team had to be called back to correct some cleaning that was not properly done the first time. All in all they do a good job. There appears to be a large amount of cleaning team personnel turnover which requires a certain amount of training.

It went quite well the cleaning team Cierra, Joy and Alexus were right on time. The clean was exceptional included kitchen, bathroom and hardwood floors heavy cleaning. They came prepared based on prior instructions, and listened to any specifics for the day as they were getting started.

This week we had a pretty special team, Valerie, Carrie and Alexus. Magic Mops always makes sure to do something special each cleaning, but these gals made the house sparkle, and we had extra tough stuff after company and snow. An extra plus is that they always love our animals!

We have been using Magic Mops for about 4 years. The management team is always very responsive and lets us know times in advance for the crew to come. The house is always cleaned very well and with multiple team members it is done quickly.
