I have used Magic Mops for years. Sheri Meshell runs a professional and personable company. I always come home to a clean house, neat and shining. I never have to worry about by possessions or anything in my home. If I ever have a problem, Sheri is quick to see that it is resolved (almost never happens). And here teams are delightful. In two hours a team of two gets my entire house done.

I was very pleased with this company from the consultation to the end result. The team of two pleasant but professional women showed up promptly and went right to work. They did an amazing job, their work was meticulous and no detail was left out. When they were finished the home was move in ready for the new buyers. I also had the carpet cleaned through Magic Mops and the technician was also pleasant, professional, thorough & efficient. I would highly recommend this company for all cleaning needs & can't say enough to express how happy I am with them.

Our first appointment we were out of town for a wedding and I was really upset because they didn't set our alarm system when they left (even though I had emailed detailed instructions). I also was a bit disappointed in a few things that they missed (not getting cobwebs on the chandelier and not vacuuming my Master closet ). So I told them that they can't happen again (especially the alarm), and they have gotten much better. I gave them another chance and they gave me a discount on my next cleaning, they did clean better and didn't miss the things that they had the first time. I am extremely neat and tidy and my house is quite clean so Maybe I am a bit pickier than other clients. I have pretty high standards.

I hired them to do a monthly deep-cleaning. They’re expensive but they do a terrific job, so they’re well worth the price.

We have a regular housekeeper who was off for several months and we needed a cleaning service for a limited time. The crew from Magic Mops did a good job of filling in and we will definitely use them in the future. We've tried other cleaning services as fill-in over the years and have never been satisfied with the results, until we found Magic Mops. It's nice to know we have finally found a reliable back-up for future use.

I couldn't find a better company with which to deal. They're on time, do a terrific job, friendly, and my home looks and smells clean when I walk through the door after they've finished!! I love walking into my home, after they have been there. The floors are spotless, (we have total hardwood) and area carpets thoroughly vacuumed. Everything is dusted, baseboards and door headers. The bathrooms are cleaned to perfection; toilets clean, shower and tub shining and the shower glass is spotless. It usually takes 2 people 1-1/2 hr. but they will stay longer if necessary to fulfill a request. They do exactly what I ask!! And I'm pretty particular. I've tried several cleaning companies over the years, but there isn't one that does the excellent job Magic Mops does. Sheri and her crew have been cleaning our home ever since she started Magic Mops. And she cleaned for us when she worked for another business, before starting her own. She and her company are more than a business; they've become trusted friends!!

Terrific job!! The house was spotless when I got home. Baseboards, door frames, picture frames, bookcases, tables, chairs were all dusted. Bathrooms were clean; mirrors polished, counters and toilets cleaned and neat. We have total hardwoods, except for large area carpet in living room. Everything had been vacuumed and floors washed. Just a wonderful job. Magic Mops has cleaned for us ever since Sheri, the owner, started her business and before that cleaned our home when she worked for another company. She takes a personal interest in all her clients and does frequent "spot checks" on the cleanings that are being done. There is no other business that will do as good a job. Val and Rose did a wonderful job this week and would have them back again!

Magic Mops does a great job. My house always shines and makes me feel good after the ladies have cleaned. Sheri is very responsive if there are any problems or special requests. This is a great company and I highly recommend them for dependability and quality.

The best cleaning service I have ever used! Same team comes each time so they know my house and products I prefer. I receive an email the day before with the time the team will arrive. If I I have a special need I leave a note and the task is always taken care of. It is great coming home to a beautifully cleaned house!

It went perfect as always. Some cleaning companies start out great and fizzle with time but not these guys. They are very picky and clean just like I do. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend this company.

I love coming home, after Magic Mops has cleaned. The house looks amazing and smells wonderful. I pick everything up and put things away, before they come. I'm paying them to clean, not "pick up", make beds, load the dishwasher, or do laundry. However, if I asked them to do these things, I'm sure they would. Their coming and cleaning helps me keep the house clean to a standard that I have, which is relatively high. I HATE mess and dirt and they never fail to impress!! There are usually 2-3 people each time and they spend 1-2 hours here. The price is based on "man hours". One person would take 3 hours to clean my house, 2-3 can clean in 1-2 hours. But they never "stint" on time, or leave things undone, to get to the next job. I ALWAYS feel like I am getting my moneys worth!

Kimberly did an incredible job. She not only did the usual every time things that they do, but she went above and beyond and changed the sheets on my bed that I have been in since having surgery on Tuesday. You ROCK Kimberly!!!!!! I love fresh sheets.

Tomas did a great job cleaning our carpets! We were moving out of state and we're getting our house ready for renters. Tomas came out on very short notice, within the time slot given. He worked very **** ** our older carpets and brought them back to life. I've tried countless times to remove the stains from animals left from prior owners and my efforts were unsuccessful. The stains are now gone and my carpet looks brand new. I highly recommend this company and I am more than satisfied with the end result. The photo attached is a comparison for how well they remove stains.

Great! Everything looked fabulous. Only one shelf missed in our master bathroom, but we were very pleased with their service. We are considering using their service every few months as their price and service were so good.

Magic Mops came in with a crew of 3 including Sheri the owner and did an incredible first cleaning of this rental home. It looks spotless. I have since contracted them every two weeks to maintain our home. I am very satisfied with their work and will continue to use them when we move into our new home.

Amazing! The first cleaning was an all day event so that the crew could learn the home and bring everything to the standard they would return to monthly. One of the most valuable skills is "high cleaning". We have a very high ceiling in our main room and Magic Mops' crew has equipment to clean the ceiling fan and high heater vents. Another valuable skill is that they maneuver around our three silly terriers. Crew members are friendly, fearless, and professional. Finally, Sheri and Jason have been so wonderful with communication. They have been quick to answer a variety of questions and concerns that have come up over these six months, and they have been able to flex our schedule when we needed it. We are so glad to have found Magic Mops!

I contacted this company to do a thorough cleaning before a visit from my in-laws. I have never hired anyone to clean my home before, so this was a new experience for me. My lack of knowledge probably contributed to some of the issues and I take ownership of that. I learned from my mistakes, including having a thorough list during the walkthrough so that a good estimate could be given. I would also prioritize the list so that the time I expect to pay for is met, and whatever is not finished in that time period gets left so that I'm not charged for extra time. I called and left a message the first day with no return call. I called again the next day and this time someone answered, I think the owner from reading the other reviews. She was able to schedule a cleaning within my time frame, which I appreciated. She scheduled a walkthrough and was flexible when someone could come out due to my work schedule. During the walkthrough, I just pointed out generals and asked for, in particular, the downstairs tile to get a good cleaning, removal of cobwebs, cleaning windows, cleaning refrigerator and oven (self-cleaning, so just needed to be wiped out), and the usual cleaning I think you'd expect like dusting, bathrooms, etc. The gentleman who came out said, "no problem" and quoted me 2 workers for 8 hours who would arrive around 9am. I also hired their sister business to shampoo rugs in two of the bedrooms. He also said to write a list of anything else I might want done. I added to the list-make bed in guest room (I left the bedding), wash sheets in 2 other rooms, wipe down front of cabinets in kitchen (not sure that's done in usual cleaning) and tidy up hall closet. Apparently there was a staffing issue, so they had to do another job before mine. I had a voicemail around 1230 saying they were getting lunch and wound be there soon, and apologized for the delay. I returned home around 5:30 and they were still working. It seemed there was a lot left to be done, so I was a little confused about what time they actually started. Around 6:30, I checked in with the ladies (who were very nice) about how much longer. Nothing had been done in the downstairs yet. The workers, looking very flustered and tired, said another hour. I decided to take my daughter out to dinner to get out of their way. When I returned around 8, they had finished up. For the most part, everything looked really nice. I was, however, very disappointed that it looked like the downstairs tile had just been swept (noted a few, small coffee stains that were still there). The inside of the refrigerator looked ok, but the draws didn't look like they had been cleaned well. The oven wasn't wiped out. I also noticed a lot of cobwebs in the downstairs. I called the company the next day to report those few issues. The gentleman who did the walkthrough apologized-ish and said they could come back out, but that I owed a balance because they worked for 6 instead of 4 hours. I declined to have then come back since I had to pay them for more time already. I was kind of surprised that the work took longer than what I was quoted, but again, I could be partly to blame. I had left a check for what I was quoted, and paid the additional balance over the phone.

The crew aren't always the same people but I always recognize at least one person. They do a good job with the exception of hitting the grandfather clock, which makes it stop.

The owner of Magic Mops (Sheri) has been cleaning my home for approx. 19 years. I am difficult to please and have exacting standards. Sheri's company rises to the challenge and never, ever fails. Her employees are unfailingly pleasant, hard workers and magicians at what they do. If I need extra weeks, Sheri somehow works my request. I wouldn't have anyone else clean my house!
