Description of Work: Technician showed up on time and kept the work area clean. He took the time to inspect the furnace, repair the thermostat and explain how to operate it. Definitely would hire them again.

Description of Work: When my AC would not turn on, I called G&G. A part was replaced and the AC worked. When I needed AC again, a couple weeks later, I turned it on but it didn't stay on. During the second service call, the thermostat was replaced at no additional charge. The system has worked well since then.

Description of Work: Gary came out and I explained our situation and asked questions. He provided me with all needed information and even talked me out of a larger and more expensive water heater as he felt it was less energy efficient and not needed for the size of our household. I agreed on the estimate with a handshake and there were no surprises once the job was completed. The replacement was done on time and efficiently.

Description of Work: We called Puget Sound Energy for a referral for a company to clean our furnace. They recommended G&G Heating. They sent out a professional who was courteous and took time to explain what he had observed and the work he completed. Installed new furnace filters. Additonally, we had purchased a blower fan for our gas fireplace because the builder had installed the plug, but did not insert a fan. We didn't notice it at the time and after we did, the builder said we didn't order one, so we never received one. If we knew this we would have ordered it. Nevertheless, the fan we purchased plugged in, but didn't come on. So, we asked the G&G Heating rep to take a look and he said, oh that's simple, made an adjustment and fixed the problem in less than 1 minute. I asked how much he would charge and he said, nothing, it was a good-will gesture. For something that miniscule, he certainly made an effort to satisy us. Very grateful for the professional service and appropriate pricing of this company.
