G&G Heating

I could not be happier with my experience. G&G Heating gave me a quote detailing what work would be done and how long it would take to do it. They were professional and gave me options as far as models of the equipment to choose from and the price differences between them. After choosing what I wanted to have installed a date was set for installation. On the day of installation they showed up on time and they worked quickly and professionally. They answered all of my questions when I had them and gave me answers that I could understand and relate to. At the end of the first day of two to install they had cleaned up the work area and let me know when the would be out the next day to finish the job. When they finished installing the equipment they showed me how to work the thermostat and how to change the air filter. The work area was cleaner than when they arrived. I am impressed with the quality of work and how professional the experience was. I purchased a maintenance agreement to ensure proper care of the equipment installed, at a fair price, where they would come and ensure that things were working properly . I would highly recommend G&G Heating for any of your HVAC needs

It went well it was big job but the crew kept going until the job was done, we were not left without hot water for even a day. The job took over 4 days with 2 to 5 or 6 guys there everyday. so given the amount of effort required I thought fair price. Plus the equipment installed top notch.

Maintenance does not include air conditioner. You'll have to ask for it.

Nice professional clean installation. I was also pleased with their competitive estimate.

The first repair didn't completely solve the problem but I don't blame G & G as the subsequent problem couldn't be found until the first problem was fixed.. I don't know how they would compare price wise to someone else but the $1500.00 price tag FELT like a lot.

They were amazing! I have nothing negative to write about them.

Great till the heater went out again. They want me to wait 6 days without heat before the can even look at the system. Called another company they will be out today.

Would definitely recommend. Gary, who came out for the estimate, was very knowledgeable and Glenna in the office was very helpful with questions and setting up the installation.

Technician was prompt and courteous. Maintenance was thorough and done in a timely manner. Only issue of note was that when I tested the furnace an hour or so after the technician left my house it wouldn't come on. Tech happened to still be in the neighborhood and returned within minutes of my call fixing the issue quickly and apologizing for the inconvenience.

They were wonderful from initial call to give an estimate and through the installation of the entire project. Prompt, courteous, and extremely professional in all details. Took a great deal of time to explain maintenance and detailed points of setting thermostats. They were just great in all details!

The crew was on time and were very polite, professional and pleasant the whole time they were here. They worked steady and took a short lunch break, then came back and worked until the job was done. It was a very hot day and I remarked that I didn't know how they could work like that in this heat but they smiled and said they were getting used to it this summer. They kept me informed of their progress when I asked during the day, and answered all my questions. I can't think of anything at all that wasn't positive about the experience or about their work.

Installation was done as specified and in a professional manner. We're very happy with the resulting system and expect to get at least another 20 years out of the new system.

G & G was professional, helpful, and informative from the first meeting providing me with a free estimate to the day heat pumps were installed. The owner Gary presented a number of options and gave me time to think about what would work best for my situation and budget. Workers were prompt and kept me informed of the progress throughout the day. They were courteous, friendly, and clean. Their knowledge and skill installing the equipment was evident and reassuring. It is important to get estimates from different businesses, just make sure that one of them includes G & G. Ask around, I did. Not only does G & G get excellent reviews on Angie's List and the BBB, but also through word of mouth. They are highly regarded in the community, and I can see why.

They did an excellent job. I was well informed about what I was purchasing and how it would work. The price was higher than I had expected but to be honest, everything is more expensive than I expect these days, and I didn't get estimates from anyone else because I trust G&G Heating to do the best job, the right job, the first time - and that's just what they did. They credited me with discounts and a substantial rebate and it was worth it! I first had G&G Heating do work for me thirty years ago and they did a great job then; every job since has also been great quality work with friendly and professional service. Crew members know what they are doing and have always been reliable. I really knew they cared about me as a customer when I was installing a new programmable thermostat by myself, and I didn't know what to do with one extra wire. I called the office, they relayed my request to a technician who called within an hour. He told me what to do and presto - it was done - at no charge! It pays to be a regular customer with a great locally owned family business.

I thought the hissing sound was coming from the furnace. The G&G technician crawled under the house a found a leaking water pipe that was spraying a large volume of water. He quickly found us a reputable plumber to make the repair. The technician was very professional, resourceful and helpful. We have used G&G Heating on several occasions and have found all of the technicians to be friendly, professional, competent and responsive. I would highly recommend G&G Heating. You won't be disappointed.

They did not put the grill back on the heater correctly, and it fell off the wall and damaged my floor. I didn't call them and didn't know what they could have done really. Something went missing and I kind of suspect that it might have been him just because he was sloppy and we were not there. I used them in the past and they were fine. I felt confident in having somebody from the company without being there. This time I will not use them again.

Very well. Steve (our G&G Heating service rep) was timely, courteous and professional. He cleaned fireplace and furnace burners, fireplace pilot lights, and furnace filters. He also verified fireplace & furnace components were in satisfactory operating condition. This was all done with minimal household disruption. We checked around--G & G was the best price for services performed. We like these guys!!

It was a good experience. They were very knowledgeable on heat pumps and they knew immediately what was wrong.

AC went out during a heat wave. Got very fast response (same day call out.) Very knowledgeable tech. (I had sort of 'pre' diagnosed the problem with an old friend in the business.) Honest. Fair pricing with an excellent Angie's list coupon. Parts had to be ordered. They called with status updates and every time they come out they call with time and status reports. I really don't see how the service could be any better.

I thought they did a good job. They were honest, prompt and did a good job for a fair price.

George was very helpful and NOT a pushy salesman. Price was fair compared to other bids and the installation seemed to go rather well. Furnace and heat pump seemed to be functioning. Work was clean and timely. Didn't require any money down to start the job and didn't want payment until I was happy. Top it off, they seem to have a fantastic warrant on not only equipment, but the workmanship (assuming you don't neglect servicing the unit). All-in-all... Very happy with the job.

They were very prompt and professional in replying. I thought they gave good advice and weren't trying to up sell me. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and my renters had no complaints of their conduct while in the house.

The service was great. They did a good job, our only caveat being the price; however, we are happy with the work.

Gary was efficient and knowledgeable. We are still getting 2 more estimates for this job, but having had G&G do furnace inspection before we know they are reputable!!

The owner came out and gave us a estimate for a new heat pump and furnance.
