Description of Work: They treated the perimeter of our house and garage for spiders, swept and sprayed for spider webs and egg sacks, placed bait stations along the foundation of our house,garage,and behind our motor home, put two traps in the crawl space, and treated a huge bald face hornet nest. We are on their bi monthly maintenance plan. Treatment does not seem to keep spiders away very long, however,if you call them they will send someone out to remedy they issue right away. |

Description of Work: Surety did has done an excellent job. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, informed, courteous and "went the extra mile." Charlie, who worked directly with us on a day-to-day basis, was outstanding. We highly recommend Surety.

Description of Work: They did a whole house inspection, identified that we needed to provide rat-proof crawl space covers, and used "green" treatments for carpenter ants around the perimeter. We signed up for monthly treatments to keep our new house in optimal condition.

Description of Work: Pest control (exterior). Very responsive and professional. Wish there was a better deterrent to spiders and bees but the area is very tough to control. They will revisit and retreat with no problem or additional cost.

Description of Work: Initial inspection was done in Sept. Contracted to have some repair made to insure rodents could not get into the crawl space. They arrived ontime and did a good job completing all contracted work. Since then I have contracted for monthly inspection and servicing. They announce their arrival monthly, ask if there are any issues and explain what they will be doing. All of their employees have been very good.

We spent $95 a year for the gutter maintenance and $63 per quarter for the pest control. They are very reliable. All of their maintenance people are great, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We've had them for many years. We plan to continue using them.
Description of Work: We use Surety Pest Control to do quarterly pest control outside and they do gutter maintenance twice a year.

Surety Pest Control I had Surety Pest Control, coming out every 2 months, it was an on going thing. Then I canceled them a couple months ago. When I first started with them. I had problems with spiders and bees, so I had them check. They did their inspection, and my crawl space, and told me I have some kind of beetle or something and needed to be sprayed. So I had them to spray and it cost me $800. So, I started thinking, I don't know what these things look like, they didn't show me anything, they went under my house did some work. I wonder if there was anything there. They charged me based on my square footage. Their measurements and my measurements were significantly different. I complained about it,and it took several phone calls to get any action, I told them to just cancel my contract with them. So, they offered me special deals and partial refund. I let them treat for other things for a couple months. They baited for rats that they said I had., and I never seen any rats ever. They sprayed for spiders then clean then webs out. Too much money for what I was getting. I cancel them again. I wouldn't recommend them.

I have had them for maybe a year and a half. The first guy who came out was named Landon. He was the number one guy. He did an awesome job. They come right when they say they will. If they call me and say they will be here on Tuesday, they are here on Tuesday.
Description of Work: They come out the first week of every month. I had rats in my roof. They took care of the rats and put rat traps around. They replace the traps. They do a green spread. They put out some stuff that keeps away the bugs that is safe for everything.

I PAY FOR THEIR SERVICE EVERY 6 MONTHS. THEY COME BACK AND CONTACT ME ON A REGULAR BASIS. THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THE PRICE IS MORE THAN FAIR BECAUSE OTHER COMPANIES DO LESS AND CHARGE MORE MONEY.
