Surety Pest Control has had my back every step of the way in purchasing a house that needed pest control of bugs, wasps and rodents as well as doing kitchen toe kick abatement work, crawlspace abatement work, incredibly excellent exclusion work and helping me with referrals to other companies for things like insulation, etc. No one else would help me with the kitchen and I get anaphylaxis from rodents but they came out and helped when no other trade would. On the abatement work they were willing to take photos for my other renovation people of floor, electrical and plumbing damage so that the other contractors could find the spots no problem. Heather in particular has been a complete and utter guardian angel taking my health concerns and disability very seriously making sure to keep me safe. They've been organized, communicative, educated me as needed and extremely patient. I have them for my ongoing pest control contract and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in a heart beat! :)

Have been a regular service customer since 2014. Paid for regular inspections and services. Three weeks ago I called due to a rodent issue and they told me it would be a few weeks but they would get to me asap. I understand the Covid issues with help and holidays, yet no one ever got back to me. I tried to call each week, but was put in the hold system for extended(15-20 minutes each time) and no help. After another rodent experience in my kitchen area last evening I decided to call another company. When I called today, 12/15, the lady that answered the phone was quite rude and hung up on me after I told her not to send their technician anymore and my reason for terminating their services. Tried to call back and she picked up the receiver and hung it up without a word. Don’t know if she’s the owner, but you’d think they would want to know why a long-standing customer would say goodbye?

After a thorough inspection I signed up for a green pest control contract. Surety comes out monthly to inspect my house and grounds, inspect the rat traps (also green) and treat the house and yard. I was so pleased with the results, that I recommended Surety to my church, a greening congregation and it also opted for a green contract. We have had these contracts for 6 years and have found that they are cost effective because no matter how many times Surety might have to come out the price is the same.

Found evidence of rodents, determined type of rodent, set traps then 1 x month monitoring. Provided brief description of their findings each time online and on bill as requested. Very nice and professional. Initial cost seems high, but may be standard for the service in our area. Not sure. $225/$230 initial visit to determine problem, set 4 bait stations and 2 snap traps, then $36 a month to come out 1x to check and re-set traps, dispose of any vermin. I had a handyman make a new crawl space door - cheaper than going through them. All of the staff seems very nice.

Surety is generally very friendly, helpful, knowledgable and responsive. They handle almost everything that needs to be done in the monthly fee (no contract). They have come out for 'emergency' situations - rats and specific insects issues that have arisen - and its all included. They also sent someone out to build locking covers for all our crawl space access to better reduce rodent access (again, included in the cost). I have used exterminators in other cities in the past, and I am continually impressed with Surety's service.

Not well. When the technician showed up past 7:00 PM to perform service, we called the company to ask that a more respectable time frame be given for their services- and not in the evening at dinner time or when our windows and curtains are open for our leisure. We were told that they will show up when they show up and that appointments or scheduled times cannot work. They are worse than the "cable companies" that hold you at bay for arrival and have no consideration or respect for your time. We have been with them for 5 years- and maybe their new business approach will attract more customers, but it doesn't work for us. They said they have plenty of happy customers and that if we can't count ourselves as such that maybe we could take our business elsewhere. So, we'll take our business elsewhere. Looking back, I wished we'd have switched services a long time ago. They have a pretty impressive staff turnover rate- none of technicians ever lasted very long. And a good few of them I didn't want at my place after seeing them and suspecting they shortcut the services since no one was home. Business office is horrible. We know the building- it is almost as small as a studio apartment but their answering machine insinuates a bigger operation than the IRS or VA system, i.e. the answering machine and phone system is merciless, and you'll rarely get a live person.

As arranged, the technician called ahead to give an approximate time of arrival. He arrived within the stated time frame. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. One of our big concerns was that we don't want our cats or other animals to be harmed by eating a poisoned rat. He gave good information on why the bait is safe, except in very large doses, and also gave information on an antidote to the poison if there are any concerns. He found the main entry point for the rats and came up with a simple and inexpensive solution, which will be done after all the rats are gone. He was very pleasant to work with, and had all the equipment and knowledge to conduct the inspection and eliminate the rats. He also gave me feedback about the condition of the crawlspace and recommended I put new, thicker plastic down for a vapor barrier.

Surety took care of the problem and we now have them come out 6 times a year for maintenance checks. They are very professional and we highly recommend their services.

Inspector arrived within allotment window. Not only did she look at the area I specifically called about, but she spent a lot of time thoroughly examining house exterior and crawl space for possible areas of concern. She then gave me estimates for the different services Surety offered that would make my home more secure. She calmly explained what she found and why the services would help. There was no annoying sales pressure and pricing for the services seemed reasonable. Professional, honest, and very thorough.

Mice would still show up periodically after their initial visit. We called Surety every time. They would set traps under the sink, etc... The main issue I have is that I would have to direct them to check certain things. I would suggest to look behind the oven (they did and saw an opening behind the oven where mice can get in). I asked them to check behind the refrigerator. I asked them to look under our propane fireplace. I had to ask them to check our attic. The problem is that they are the experts yet I found myself directing them (shouldn't it be the other way around?). If I didn't ask, they didn't check, i.e. I felt them to not be very thorough. Instead they were satisfied with just looking at cracks in the doors and garage. Other than that, the did what they said they would. They performed the exclusion work and set traps around the house and in our crawl space and they show up every month and in general do a good job.

Very well. They are professional, punctual, hard working, and efficient. They are responsive to our needs .

A good provider of service, a bit more costly, but professional and punctual.Follow-up service continues once a month. A high rating because they told me exactly what would be done, showed pictures of infected areas that needed immediate treatment,and didn't pressure me-- giving me time to check out other purveyors. Many were less thorough with "free"examination.I am satisfied with work.

So far, so good! No pests excepts for the hornets which they don't cover.

Details are short...made the call to office on a referral from a friend. The next day the service person came out, checked out the problem areas. Because I had already set the scenario up with the receptionist, and she listened carefully, the materials needed were on the truck, the job finished in maybe 30 minutes. The service man returned after 3 hours to see how effective the results were ( all was good ). I was told to call back if there was any problems and process could be repeated.

They were prompt and efficient. They were very quick to provide an estimate and the service was done within a week. They used green products. It was the first time they came and sprayed for me. They did what they said they were going to do. They were in time and in budget. I have actually never met any of them. It was through phone call and I sent some email.

The service tech is punctual and surveys the entire property for pests and rodents. He checks all of the bait stations and rebaits traps as necessary. We have had very little problems with pests since starting the monthly service.

Good and complete estimate with photos of problem areas. Friendly service. Costs seem higher than other companies but good service and prompt response. Professional.

Price wise I really do not know if they are reasonable or not. Since the last two years they have got this new guy who is very professional but before that they were not so. I am too lazy to find somebody else so I would just go on with the momentum.

I have mixed reservations about them. It seems like I have to keep calling back, they are very good about assessing the situation and taking care of any problems if it wasn’t corrected the first time. It just seems like I have to call them a lot, but overall they do good work. They don’t have a specific time frame; it is whenever they get there. Hopefully they are taking care of the work today that they doing on my rental property. They are not going to charge me for it because it is included in my bi-monthly. They did some interior pest control for me.

They are reasonably priced and they come out as a part of the contract if you have other problems like bugs and mice.

The experience is excellent. The price seems okay.

Surety Pest Control does an excellent service. They're very helpful and nice people on the phone. They come if have a problem resolving things.

They come out only when I have an issue. They are great.
