Great experience

The service was advertised as 50% off pick--up and delivery, so I paid in advance for that online ($20). I scheduled the pick-up for 4:30pm on a Friday when I was back from work. After more than an hour of waiting past the appointed time, I called and got the answering service. Doug called me back and said his delivery guy was in Deer Park (about 25 miles away), but would be there in a while. I told him I needed to leave soon, so could they pick it up in the morning instead? He agreed and said he'd be there himself at 10:00am Saturday. Again, I waited more than an hour, and called to see what happened, the return call was the delivery person (not Doug) and he was confused about which city I was in; he was about 30 miles away in Post Falls. It took another couple hours before he arrived and he was very unprofessional; not even giving me a ticket, I.D. or business card to prove who he was and making excuses for being late. If he had not removed the bag from the mower before loading it in his small pickup, I probably wouldn't have allowed him to take it. I gave it three days, and then called to ask when the mower might be ready. He told me it was done, but the battery wasn't working and would require replacement, I told him I wanted that done as well. It took a total of 12 days to pick-up, repair and deliver my mower back; I specifically asked Doug if the blade would be sharpened, and he told me it was a part of his "21-point inspection" and that the "lower deck would be cleaned of grass and debris so the suction would be better when mowing". When the mower was delivered (late, with excuses, just like the pick-up), I was unable to check the blade and lower deck without help, so I paid, and later that night we lifted the mower to find that the blade was never sharpened and the lower deck was still full of debris and dry grass. I called to complain, and have not received a call back yet. The services I paid for were not completed as promised, and certainly not worth all the problems.

I had need of a small engine repair for an unusual motor for a high velocity blow drier, no one else close were interested in even looking at it or researching the repair/replacment of the motor. When I spoke w/ Doug he said he would be happy to look at it, research it and see if he could do anything with it, if not, at least he tried. He got the parts, did the work, was very available and responsive to inquiries, very professional all in all. I have now used him two times for repairs and have every expectation to use him in the future for my small motor repair needs.

My lawn tractor had gone from hit and miss starting to not starting at all. I,m a life long "do it yourselfer" but this problem had the best of me. I found S.E.R.R. on Angies List and gave Doug a call, he was more than optomistic and very nice to talk with. He came out that evening, it was Tuesday. The following afternoon he called to tell me what he found and what he had done to fix the problem. He was unable to bring it back that day but brought it out the following evening, Thursday. My tractor is back to running like a top. I was amazed at Dougs flexability and that he was willing to drive the distance he did to pick up and return my tractor.

I called and spoke with Dominic, and he told me that they could get to them that day. I dropped my equipment off that day. The next day Dominic called with what it would cost and asked if that was OK. I said yes. The following day, he called and said they were done and offered to drop them by my office, which he did. I was blown away with the service. Both pieces of equipment run fine.

I was over cutting my son's lawn and my tractor went bad. Called Doug; he took my tractor and I had it back in less than a week.

Everything turned out great with this company. Doug was very good with communicating with his clients. He was always calling to let me know what was going on. They were very professional and easy to deal with. I have used this company several times and have always been very happy. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave him alone in my house. He is very trustworthy.
