I highly recommend Small Engine Rehab & Repair. They are knowledgeable, fast and very reasonably priced. They provide and stand by their full season guarantee. They epitomize old fashioned customer service and after 20 years in retail management, I know good customer service when I find it. I called on a Friday and my mower was ready on Monday afternoon. Doug took into consideration a special circumstance I had and worked with me to ensure that Small Engine Rehab & Repair was able to service my mower. Ricky, the mechanic, was knowledgeable and so polite. He showed me some tips and mower upkeep basics. I am very pleased with the service I received and highly recommend Small Engine Rehab & Repair.

Doug picked up and delivered and kept me posted on what needed to be done. Very reasonable price. My lawn was thick and deep with all the rain we had and it performed like brand new!

My 10 year old mower stopped running. I was about to spend $400.00 on a new one. Then I thought maybe Angie could recommend a good repair shop. A perfect experience! I contacted Doug and he was out to my home a couple of days later to pick up the mower. He repaired and returned it the next day. The thing runs and performs like the day I bought it. He is truly amazing, so professional, considerate of my needs and was willing to help any way he could. He was very reasonable on repair charges. I have experienced many repair shops over the years, nothing compares with Doug's operation. It's hard to believe in this age of poor service and overpriced services there remains someone like Doug. He has my business! He is so good that I am willing to pay his time and travel to work on the mowers at our summer home in Montana. Well worth it!

This whole situation could have been a bit stressful for me because tractors are not a small investment and I wasn't expecting to get the bad news that my current tractor was no longer viable and that I should probably sell it for parts. He made the transition so easy and offered great advice on what to do and what not to buy. His diagnosis was real quick. His prices are also reasonable. He always answered his phone. It was a great experience. You just don't get the kind of service he offers any where else.

Doug is wonderful! He jumps into his work and gets the job done. I have an ancient riding mower and he found a battery for it. He made two trips out to see me and get it running perfect. Nice man and so careful to make everything right. Highly recommend him for any small engine repair. Price is super reasonable and he comes to you. That's a great bonus to me. He knows his business and try's to save money for his customers.

After diagnostic work was completed, Doug found that it would take a special, tool that he did not have, to complete the repair. Doug referred me to another repair shop, and a specific person in that shop that he knew to have the tool required. I was impressed by Doug's honesty and the fact that he did not charge me for disassembly and diagnosis. I will definitely use his services in the future!!

Every time I have used Doug's service, the work has been done professionally, priced quite fairly and completed in amazingly short time. I cannot recommend Small Engine Rehab and Repair strongly enough!!!

Our lawn mower started performing poorly including emitting smoke. I called this business in hopes that it might be able to tune up the mower in the next few days. We called and left a message. They returned our call promptly. My husband took the mower there and left it for a few hours until we got a call that it was ready. The owner was quite knowledgeable, performed the work promptly, and called us back right away. The lawn mower ran fine after we got it home.

Small Engine Rehab & Repair was fine. I think they came out within a couple of days. I thought the price was reasonable. He was prompt, polite and had it done within a day's time. They were great. They did a good job.

I can't say enough positive things about this company and their employee, Jake. My initial contact by phone was great - the mower was picked up at my home the following morning for service at their shop. And it was returned late that afternoon! Unfortunately, my mower continued to be difficult to start and I called them back. Again, Jake came out at my earliest convenience to pick the mower up. They ultimately made three trips out to my house, until the basic assumption was the mower was just worn out. They'd replaced parts, made all these trips back and forth, and had maintained an incredibly understanding persona throughout. No sarcasm or nastiness at all - which, considering the circumstances, I'd have almost expected. When we came to the conclusion it simply wasn't going to work they reimbursed every penny of what I'd paid for the initial service, with Jake hand-delivering it to my front door. If that isn't absolutely astounding customer service, I don't know what else would constitute it.

The guys were all great. The lawnmower gave them trouble as the blades wouldn't come off they tried everything imaginable to get them off and couldn't, but they sharpened them by hand for me. These guys have great customer service, they called to keep me informed. If the lawnmower would have been more cooperative, i'm certain they would have done the job in record time, even though it was their busiest time of year. They really strive to please their customers .Nice little company. I got their card and recommend them to friends.

It's running fine for 2013.

I went on line to Angies List at about noon today. I then called the shop. They said drop it off and they would have it done in two hours. I dropped it off. I received a call two hours later and I picked it up. Whole operation was 4 hours from going on line to being back in my driveway after picking it up. Best service I have experienced. (I didn't get it done last year because I called some places in the phone book and they said two to three weeks). This was unbelievable.

They picked it up, did the work, and returned it within hours. The job was done and I am ready to mow.

Doug is amazing. We iniially called him in regards to our blow dryer motors. He said he hadnt done them before but was willing to try. He did, and he did great. His customer service is superb. He is friendly, efficient, and honest. This is our second time of using him and his company and are "out of this world" impressed with him and his service. Perfect! I called Small Engine Rehab & Repair @ 2:00pm on Friday August 3rd. I spoke with Doug and asked for an appointment to tune-up my lawn tractor. He asked if it routine or was I having any problems. I told him routine. He said he could come out and pick it up this afternoon. I told him I woul get home about 3:00pm. He said he could be there between 3:15 and 3:30pm. He arrived at 3:20pm. Put the mower on his trailer and said he should be back around 5:30pm. He called ahead about 5:00 and said it was done, gave me the amount owed and said everything went well. About 15 mins later he called back and said the mower wasn't starting. I authorized him to get a new battery. Since the battery in the mower was about 10 years old I didn't find it strange that it might need one. He said he wouldreplace it in the morning and be over by 12:30pm. Next morning he called at 9:00am with good news that I didn't need a new battery after all. He thought possibly when cleaning the engine that one of the connections may have gotten wet. I was delighted to hear this and he said he would be over shortly and he was in about 20 minutes. I could not believe what a great job he did on my mower. It looked better than I have ever seen it. I paid him and thanked him. He really did an incredible job and I would highly recommend this business to anyone in our area. So very professional and personable. I took the mower for a spin and it works like new.
