He came out when scheduled and did excellent work. He was knowledgeable and very willing to show me what was going on with all the parts of the system. He gave me tips on keeping it from backing up again. The cost was higher than usual because I have an extra large system.

I called twice, then finally got a return call. I was told that they would need to schedule the appointment and get back with me. They never did follow up.

There was no waiting because they worked in a pouring rain and were very pleasant ,never lost their sense of humor. I appreciated how fast and hard they worked because I had to take time off.

I scheduled the appointment several weeks out. The day and time arrived of our scheduled appointment. I called the answering service about 15 minutes after scheduled time to check on the arrival time (I'm use to service people being late). Pete called me right back and said he didn't have me on his schedule. He was extremely apologetic and called back later that day saying he was able to fit me in for the next day. He arrived the following day at our agreed upon time (again apologizing), uncovered and inspected the pump and tanks. He was very informative about our system (my first experience with a septic system) while he worked. One filter was missing and he was able to replace it. Showed how the tank was close enough to being full that it should be pumped. At the end he gave me a small discount for the appointment confusion. So, even though he missed the first appointment, I appreciated his sincere regret and the experience ended out well.

I was very happy with the service provided. Pete was very friendly and answered all my questions (I knew very little about septic systems). He worked quickly, but I did not feel like he was rushing through it. I was able to make an appointment within a couple of days from calling.

My septic tank was so full it was backing up into the house. He came quickly and politely educated me about septic tank maintenance. I found out how to maintain and check it as well as what was necessary to keep it in good condition. Nice guy. Will have him do all my septic work from now on. Highly recommend Pete.

They did a fine job and they instructed me how to keep it free from having any additional problems. I felt they were very helpful and they were pretty fast about getting everything done.

ALBERTA SEPTIC SYSTEMS WERE VERY RELIABLE. WE CALLED AND THEY WERE THERE THE NEXT DAY ON TIME AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND GREAT TO WORK WITH. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT WE RECEIVE FROM ALBERTA SEPTIC SYSTEMS. THEY WERE ON TIME FOR THE JOB, THEIR PRICE WAS VERY FAIR, AND THE TECHNICIANS WERE VERY POLITE. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

JOB 1: THIS COMPANY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY TO MY CALL AND WERE OUT TO INSPECT THE NEXT MORNING. THE MAN WHO CAME OUT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HIS FIELD AND WAS A VERY NICE PERSON TO TALK WITH. HE EXPLAINED THINGS THOROUGHLY. JOB 2: PETE ALBERTA WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING TO MY REQUEST FOR SERVICE WHEN HE WAS WORKING AT MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE. I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BUT HE MADE TIME TO HELP OUT. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE.
