They arrived promptly at the appointment time. They were friendly and professional. We will use them again next time.

Owner and helper arrived on time as agreed, pujmped the tank and inspected it for any problems. None found. I had dug and exposed the lids so all they had to do was lift the lids and drop in the hose. Both men very friendly and knowledgeable. When they were finished pumping, they replaced the lids and cleaned the area.

Pete at Alberta Septic Systems responded quickly after I left contact information with their office. Pete was able to find a date that met my needs and showed up at the promised time. He was professional and fun to chat with. He did a thorough job and cleaned up the area before he left. I would definitely do business with Peta at Alberta Septic Systems in the future.

i called Alberta Septic because they received good reviews in Angies List and they were relatively close. I reached them while they were on a job and they quoted me a good price to come out and pump my septic but had to call me back later to schedule a time. Apparently they forgot about me and I had to call them back 3 days later to remind them but they came out a few days later and did the job. They were very professional and gave me a lot of advice about taking care of my septic system. They even gave us a senior citizen discount. I'd for sure call them again next time we needed septic service.

Pete was courteous and helpful on the phone, and came out the next day on the weekend. He was considerate about the cars in the driveway and the plantings in the yard. He cleaned out our septic tank and explained some minor problems we were having while he was doing it. He was fast, thorough, professional, and gave us some great maintenance tips. We recommend his service. We will definitely use him in the future.

I originally had Pete Couty of Alberta Septic Systems pump out our septic system on the recommendation of our neighborhood association. Since then I have had always had Pete pump out our tank. I also had him perform some repair work to fix problems caused by a bad installation. Yesterday (March 10 2013) he saved my bacon again. My sewage line had plugged somewhere and caused the washing machine to flood our bathroom through the toilet. I was sure that I was in for major repairs and nights in a motel, but a call to Pete gave me enough information to access my septic tank and unplug the line myself. Pete didn't charge a thing for this info. Needless to say, I will continue to use Alberta Septic Systems until he finally retires (with luck, after I move!).

Alberta Septic was too busy to help so they called in Network Electric to help us out. Network did a fine job. Came the next day and diagnosed the problem. The next day they were able to get all the necessary parts and completed the job. Very professional.

I don't think I can recommend Alberta Septic Strongly enough! We had a backed up toilet and Roto Rooter came out to fix it. They snaked the drain but then said we had to have a septic guy come out to fix the real problem. I randomly chose Alberta online and was so glad. Pete diagnosed the problem and fixed it super fast- and pointed out that we should always call a septic company first if we are having backing up issues on a septic system. Pete at Alberta would have saved us $400 off the top! Anyway, he pointed out tree roots that would be a problem in 5 years and also showed me that our septic cover was not screwed down which was a danger to our toddlers. He came out a third time to consult on a play structure installation and installed the screws for the cover both for free! We have recommended him to all of our neighbors and friends and felt we have a very trusted individual to go to for any septic needs. Pete is a great guy- do yourself a favor and call him first!

Had lived in the house for less than a month; when a loud alarm woke us up. It ws connected to the septic system . . . . In the morning, we left several messages for many Septic Service providers and the only one that showed up (same day) was Alberta. After fully examining the Septic system, Alberta determined the problem was a malfunctioning and quot;floatand quot; and recommended an electrician. . . . . the electrician came out that afternoon and simply replaced the float (minimal charge) . . .. And Alberta did NOT charge a pennyfor their time and trouble . . . . will call Alberta FIRST for any future plumbing needs . . . . Thank you gentlemen!

I called on a Sunday and left my name and number with their answering service after seeing on their website and on Angie's List that they offer service on Sundays. The answering service said I should receive a callback shortly. I never received a callback. I ended up going with another service.

Pete showed up early and when he knocked on the door, the tanks already had the lids off and, his son was working on scraping the filter screen as it was clogged up and not draining like it should. The sludge had spilled over into the fluids and clogged up my filter. It was overdue for a pump (5 years/ 1 month since the last pump for a family of 4) and filled to the brim. They took right to it, explained what had happened, what they were doing, and that everything looked ok. They even pulled the filter out and gave it a good hose down to get all the goo. Made a couple recommendations about laundry detergents and filter options for the future if necessary. Last company I used charged me extra for the tank being so full.. Professional and curteous. Recommend.

They called me back on a Sunday night and upon request provided a fixed price for the job and scheduled me for 12:00 Noon the next day. They showed up exactly on time, actually the owner Pete himself showed up. They got to work and pumped all of the waste out. They were very knowledgeable and professional. After the area was pumped Pete stayed and helped me troubleshoot my pump and explained how it worked to me. This troubleshooting included filling the tank area again and him ensuring me he would pump it out if the pump didn't. He showed me the manual/hand setting and how it works and we figured out my pump was not broken but perhaps the auto switch wasn't working properly. He then provided me a name and phone number of an electrician that specializes in these pumps and that he works with. He also called that electrician and gave him the information. I hope this never happens again but if I ever need anything related to septic I will use Pete and Alberta Septic Services. He takes pride in his work, helping others and honesty. He wound up charging me less than his original bid since there was not as much sewage and he did not charge me for the troubleshooting even though it took him and his assistant 20 -30 additional minutes. Thank you for honest people like Pete and Alberta Septic Systems. I knew what he was doing the whole time and felt very comfortable.

Mr. Couty came with his son and they explained exactly what they were going to do, as we discussed on the phone prior, and then proceeded to pump the tanks. They were neat, efficient and cleaned up everything afterwards.Mr. Couty then suggested a time frame to next pump the septic tanks. His price was just as we discussed and he included a senior discount. I will use Alberta Septic next time. I appreciate their professionalism, their promptness and their not trying to up the price as the prior provider did. I absolutely recommend them!!

I called and they were able to hole in one week. The paperwork issues were confusing and Pete really helped to work through them.

Pete did the inspection which showed the system was still working well. He then searched for the septic tank and discovered that the tank was located under the pavement and likely hadn't been pumped since 1992! Pete didn't have the equipment along to cut asphalt but showed me exactly where to cut and excavate. He returned to pump a very full septic system with no extra charge for the return trip. We were on a tight schedule and he made time to ensure we were taken care of. We have used Alberta septic before and highly recommend them.

Since the tank ports were already dug out everything went quickly. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and I will use him in the future when I need septic repair or pumping.

Not only did they do an excellent job on the work itself, they took the time to educate us about the system. They were punctual, quick and pleasant. They were careful with the landscaping too. Very professional. Will definitely use them again.

We have called upon Alberta Septic for many years every time our septic tank needed pumping. Pete and his son are extremely knowledgeable, totally honest, very efficient people. We highly recommend this company!!

I got home around 4 and the warning light was off. Pete had left a voice message on my phone that the electrical man had come by, fixed a float problem and all was well. I've not gotten a bill yet but we're definitely switching to his service.

Pete was so responsive to helping us figure out if we had a problem with our septic system. He made two trips without complaint because our dogs were out preventing him from accessing the tanks on his first visit.

Pete (owner) was friendly and professional. I enjoyed talking with him and it's clear he really enjoys and has pride in his work. He had to deal with some pesky lids that were tightly screwed into place (took him an extra 30 minutes total) but he took it in stride and never complained. The price was fair, he was on time, and no hidden costs. Someone told me to have the overflow tank pumped too but Pete checked and said there was no reason to pump it and it would be a waste of my money.

They did a very good and professional job. The price seemed comparable to the other estimates that I received. It did seem to take a little longer than I expected for them to come out. I had a good experience with them.
