Description of Work: Chris kept giving us the run around when we asked for a price to put up/take down our Christmas lights and only on our roof. Wanted a picture of the lights after telling him they were C9 LED and trying to convince us that they were high maintenance lights when we have used them the past two years. He basically wanted us to use his commercial lights when all we wanted was our lights installed/taken down. Took a lot of my time and emailing over a period of 13 days to just letting him know to forget it....going with someone else who would give the customer the satisfaction.

Description of Work: Chris was extremely responsive when I emailed him about hanging lights. We worked out a date and the cost. I paid for the labor and the cost of the lights that I will get to keep and use year after year. The lights look wonderful. They are on a timer that goes off and comes on without me having to go outside. Chris really did a great job!

Description of Work: Install and takedown of Christmas lights on the house; lights are ours to keep and next year installation will be cheaper. Still it's a little pricey for the hour or two of work; installer is professional and pleasant so I'll use his services in the future assuming next round will be cheaper.

Description of Work: Chris was great. He gave me a day he would come but couldn't give a time frame due to the nature of his work. Some jobs take longer then others. Most of the communication was via email, which is OK for me. He was quick and did an awesome job! it looks amazing! We had talked about what I wanted via email, but he double checked when he came out. Being a corner lot made our prices higher due to the amount of lights and time needed, but he checked to make sure the lights were where I wanted them. The timer is working great. Very happy with Chris.
