The folks who installed our flooring & tile took pride in their work and made suggestions on a few details that we didn't think about but probably would have regretted afterwards had they not brought them to our attention. I think that's a true tell for what you're getting with DW: everyone, through all parts of the business, is working to ensure a great end result. Project #1: updating downtown condo prior to selling Laura helped select wood flooring, carpet, countertops and paint that all coordinated with each other and uplifted our 8-year-old unit to the look prevalent in brand new buildings.
