Electrician drilling into crawl space hit water line and never said anything about it. then had to re-drill a few times more leaving holes in 2x4. I had to go back and do the water line repair and seal the holes. condensation leak repair service call, tech showed up 5 hours late and didn't really know the new system we had installed. called for help but was told he was on his own. he did his best and got it fixed. outside unit not installed parallel with house. not a big deal but just looks bad.
