Installed come to find out gas leaks after install They fixed 2 days later and still smell gas gas company on its way after they told me when called they werenâ t sure they could make it out

The crew were friendly and worked well and efficiently together. We switched from gas. I don't know that this will pay off financially, but it feels good to be using less fossil fuel. Cleanup could have been a little better, but nothing worth removing a star. Overall, extremely satisfied

During the first call, they got the general info. about the problem, which included telling them the type of ac I had. The first person sent out was not able to work on this brand, so another date had to be scheduled. All the messages I received addressed us with the previous homeownersâ name, despite my mentioning it.

The customer service was outstanding. They texted when they were coming and arrived on time. Very professional crew. Answered all questions and made sure we understood what to do.

Jeremy, our journeyman plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. I think if some rookie or sophomore plumber encountered the slight uneven floor for the toilet install they may have backed out of the project but seeing Jeremy work his skills made the install a breeze. The angle stop valve replacement looked just as easy to install despite the old galvanized pipe that is over 70 years old can potentially be a challenge but he made great work of it.

Service was really good. The job was an extremely simple job. Could have done it myself but it wasnâ t my house and I was visiting. This job should have been under $200. The invoice was just under $800 for an hour. Asked about the hourly rate. The rate was more than most doctors and attorneys?

Of the four companies I contacted to get estimates to replace our furnace and install a heat pump, one didn't show up at all to provide an estimate and two did not perform a complete evaluation of my home to determine the actual size of the system needed. The Bel Red representative that did the estimate did do a proper evaluation, explained what was needed, described how the system would work, reviewed the installation process and went over the cost, maintenance requirements, and warrantees. The installation team were polite, professional and carefully explained what was done and how to use the system. The Bel Red estimates were the highest but at this point I feel the value provided offset this. Based on this I am comfortable using them for the ongoing maintenance of and any repairs that may be needed for this system.

Was able to get us in same day for non emergency issue and they resolved the issue professionally.
