They over price their work and they would not return my phone call to talk to the manager. Very disappointed!!

When other companies were scheduling service out 2+ weeks, Bel-Red was able to get me scheduled right away. Everyone was courteous, professional and easy to work with!

The technician was on time friendly and knowledgeable.

Bel Red is a good company, but their rates are high. We had a water leak in the wall that was difficult to locate. The repair person was very helpful in locating the leak, but the bid was very high for the fix. If I had a major plumbing job I might consider the company based on their customer service.

I had a small plumbing emergency that Bed-Red handled quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend Bel-Red and will use them in the future.

Cody was great. He explained the results of his inspection in terms we could understand, and made recommendations for upcoming maintenance. This included showing us where and how to replace our filter, and explaining the results of the CO scan. Professional, punctual, and great service all around. Thanks, Cody, and thanks BelRed!

BelRed was very professional from beginning to end. They understand our needs and provided the best service and was able to install the unit right away which was unexpected. Because of the great interaction, I had them perform my furnace service a few days later which was also a great experience.

Skylar was a professional and did great work. Maintenance and some piping upgrades for our older tankless hot water heater took as long as he said it would. The job was expected to take 2-3 hours, and he completed it in 2.5. I would recommend Bel-Red to anyone looking at service for their tankless hot water heater.

Their service was prompt and they quickly diagnosed which part needed to be replaced (which they did not have with them). They were supposed to call me the next day with an estimate. When they had not returned my call by the next afternoon, I called them back. The estimate for replacing the part (Available for $12.50 at Grainger) was $375 including tax. I found this to be an outrageous charge and replaced it myself. So, they do great diagnostics, but hire another company to have the job done for reasonable fee.

What a nice and efficient plumber. He explained everything he was doing and got to it and got it done in a very professional manner. I will definitely call them if I ever have another plumbing need.

Bel-Red is a top-shelf provider. They may not be the cheapest, but sometimes that's not the most important factor when hiring a pro. Their service and expertise definitely contribute to their overall value. After getting bids from 4 pros, they won on service, and we are pleased with the results.

They followed up at our 1 year anniversary of our new furnace to give a complimentary service. this included checking filters, registers, all components, etc. NO CHARGE resulted!

Cost was excessive and problem was not fixed. When I advised them I still had the same problem, they advised it would be another $105. for them to come back out.

I talked with the company this morning, and the work was completed this afternoon. The specialist who worked on it was prepared with the right replacement part, very courteous, and got the work done efficiently. He also let us know what we should expect price-wise, under the two possible conditions we could be facing. We had a good experience with this project.

Really appreciated the estimate process. Joe took his time, answered every question and I felt this was so important when dealing with an older remodeled house. I feel he set the install teams up for success by eliminating as many unknowns as he could which made me feel confident in the estimate. Previous companies estimates were done after only 10 min of looking around & the chances of finding an “oh we didn’t catch that, that’s gonna cost more” was my biggest fear. I can say I felt great after Joe’s walk-thru. The whole staff was super nice & I didn’t get that “oh your a woman talk down” from anyone which is very important to me. I also like the emails with pictures letting me know who was coming. The only feedback I have is the teams had to come out a 3rd time due to the 2nd team not knowing what was exactly was left to complete so they didn’t have the materials on hand. Overall while they may cost slightly more, I feel the quality of the work and the employees is very worth it.
