The technician came, did diagnostics, tweaked the hub-seal and tightened the fitting. 3 hrs later, I came home and discovered water spurting out, called Bel-Red and Eric returned within 3 hours and replaced the failed vacuum seal, etc. All was good. I am satisfied.

This company has great people working for them. The phone contacts I had with BelRed were attentive and respectful and always informed. The technician was a great guy....really nice, knowledgeable, quick and concerned. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them.

I hired this pro for the repair of my furnace in my rental property. The tenants currently has heat (YAY), but he expressed to them that a sequencer is required. I request a call back in reference to this statement and I'm still waiting, I guess the part wasn't necessary.. says the chick who went to school for electronic engineering.
