Technicians Cade and Dylan made a favorable estimate and we signed a contract for scheduled completion. They completed one of the smaller tasks on the spot. Both gentlemen presented professionally and solution oriented.

do not hire these folks. They lowball the bid, the spend months to finish the project because it's no longer profitable. We started a heat pump/furnace install in August 23 and barely finished it by November. They failed to connect the gas furnace to the condensation drain, so drain water spilled all over the inside of the machine. Failed inspection at least four times, because they did not follow the inspector instructions. Left metal shavings all over the basement floor, which I discovered when they cut mt feet. To top thinks off, during the first real winter night of the tear, the condensate lines froze solid, shutting down the system. We called the emergency repair line, and have not heard back from them for two days. I managed to get our heat back on by using a heating mat and a heat gun on the PVC pipes. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

BelRed offered a good price for my furnace replacement. They were also able to install quickly - which was much appreciated since I had no heat!

This is the third time I have tried to submit a review. I will keep it short and simple this time. I was pressured by Joe Maly of BelRed Heating, Cooling and Plumbing into agreeing to a $20,000 installation. The system I agreed to was not the system that was installed. Rather, the installed system has about 30% less power capability. This is classic bait and switch. I feel exploited by an unethical sales representative. I am contemplating filing complaints with the BBB and the State Attorneys office.

There was some confusion over fishing a new thermostat wire but they made good and returned to rewire the smart thermostat. Overall prompt, courteous and professional. Really liked the sales lady and Kyle who took care of the thermostat.

BelRed oversold us on a heat pump. We spent over $50,000 with this company and the system does not work as it was sold to us, and we are left with a system that does not work. They didn't bother to turn up for an appointment and waited in for 5 hours. They are a shady company and do not do business with them.

Skipped air duct cleaning altogether

Fixed a broken HVAC that was previously installed and it works fantastically

They cancelled my heating appointment at 2pm on Friday, the day of service. But, they did apologize and offered another appointment on the following Wednesday. This put me in a bind, but I did find a new company that came out on Saturday and replaced the unit on Sunday.

I spend 475 on the snaking drain and Cason. It was going well. It might not be the cheapest one that I can find, but they are the first one response to me and willing to take small jobs. Some later contractors have minimum charge for bigger jobs. With everyday is busy, I actually have no complaints on the price.

This was a total rip-off! You have one company that has bought up several plumbing companies, jacked up their prices, and then doesn't allow their employees to do work so that someone else will have to come out later. I could sense that the employee was used to sticking with a project until it is finished and now he just has to say he can't do the work. On top of all that, the price for snaking two slow drains was over $700 for less than an hour's work. I assumed going through Angi I would get good service at a fair price. You better make sure the companies that used to be good local plumbing companies are not now owned by a large corporation only focused on profit. I will contact the Better Business Bureau on both this company and Angi.
