The tech that came out was a world of information. We appreciated the information and education he gave us and the price he charged us was very reasonable. I put this company in my address book because if I ever need electrical help again, I plan on calling them.

Had a gas line installed for my new outdoor fire pit. Work was done well, no issues!

The "Comfort Specialist" was very thorough, answered all my questions. BelRed was also the only company out of 3 to do a heat load calculation. Having spent hours at my house, the sales guy was a bit pushy at the end. They definitely were not the cheapest but they were the most thorough.

our tech, eric sams, was excellent. he was on time, efficient, personable, and kept us in the loop of all steps he was taking. while the job took time, that was not the fault of eric, it was an odd part that was needed. as soon as that part was in his hands, my project was completed with all haste. I would recommend Eric Sands and Bel- Red Energy to everyone.

After they came to do the annual check of the furnace, I was told that one of the parts must be replaced and that this will cost me 2500$. I agreed to replace the furnace, paying 4500$. A bit more than a year later, I asked them to come and see why the furnace was not working properly. The answer I got is that I need to pay ~100$ for the visit (that should be covered by their so-called **Lemons free warranty**) and are supposed to be free. After a dead-end email chain, they simply refuse to honor their own warranty. The worst customer service ever!

They communicated with an initial email confirming my appointment, then sent a reminder email a few days prior to scheduled appointment, then the day of the appointment they sent a text reminding me that the technician was on his way - and included a picture of him. I appreciated that! He also wore shoe covers to protect my carpet, & a mask to protect us both!

Light contact problem. Quickly resolved by Nick, who was efficient and courteous. Showed him the need for an outlet inside the closet, and he devised a workable solution. Paid a deposit to order materials and work will be scheduled when materials have arrived. Very happy with this company. In the greater Seattle area, do not expect instant service short of an emergency. This company and others are heavily scheduled.

I wasn't sure how to rate this as I would not hire them. They refuse to quote and wanted to come to my house and discuss the water heater installation first. With covid I don't want someone to come chat with me about what I need. You can ask questions over the phone and I can send pictures if needed. Don't put me and your employees at risk with extended exposure. I need someone to get in, do the job and leave, with minimal exposure to myself and the employee/s.

Company was very responsive, came out to troubleshoot quickly, diagnosed quickly. Had to order part and come back, which they also did quickly, installing part on Saturday without extra weekend costs. Jason was respectful, wearing mask & booties, stayed 6 feet away. I can't find anything to complain about. Repair wasn't cheap, but I don't know how that compares. I needed a new motor for my gas furnace. I would recommend and refer others to this company. Very professional.
