Came out on time, diagnosed problem and fixed it. Only concern was the cost for changing a faulty seal was a bit high. Did preventive maintenance at my request, with a reasonable cost. I'd hire them again.

They did a clean job. Unfortunately, there was some lint still in the exit tube. I should have turned on my dryer while the vendor was on site. He could have rectified this problem. My husband ended up finishing the job this vendor started.

My 14mo old furnace stopped working early Saturday morning during the heavy snowfall. I placed several calls to various furnace repair services, Bel Red was the only company available to come 2 hrs after my call. Kyle did a complete diagnostic work-up but had to call a colleague with the necessary part to come and finnish the job. Kudos to both men.
