Reps from Bel Red H/C did an excellent job installing the new furnace. They had a hard job of taking out the old one and putting the new one in. It's amazing how this thing works. It has an Eco Be. We have heat and its great!

The service man was able to get my furnace running right away. He also showed me a part that was leaking and would need to be replaced eventually and I decided to do it now. It was more expensive than I anticipated but he came the day after I called and was neat and professional.

Due to the supply chain issue, I paid a lot more than I expected for my furnace. The first guy who came out to test it said a new furnace would be a lot quieter. I think it's noisier than my old one. The heat coming out of the register definitely isn't as hot as it used to be but it gets the job done. The installation went well but I have a indentation on my wood floor that wasn't there before, even though it was covered. I'm supposed to be signing one more document that was overlooked but it's been since Dec 2021 and I still haven't signed it. So kind of a mixed bag...
