Professional,technicians were great.

The install happened before thanksgiving. It's now christmas, a month later, and we're still fixing the system to work in the house properly, as a multi split (3) ductless. Two of the three units were overpowered for their spaces and the main unit in the living room was a commercial, not residential, unit, so the vane would tip up every half hour, pointing all that heat at a loft bedroom that already had a heat pump head in it. The living room and downstairs froze and the upstairs boiled. They are agreeing to fix that and swap out said malfunctioning commerical unit. I am shocked that we're having issues for the amount of money that I am paying, and that it's Bel-Red. I look forward to them making this right; now that the ice storm is over, any day now.

After getting several estimates for a new mini split, furnace & heat pump I chose Bel Red Energy based on sales info offerings and price and am happy to have the job complete. It’s been less than a week but all working well. I will say there is more drywall repair than I expected.

They are very busy but got me scheduled fast. When the appointment came, they were quick and professional.

BelRed arrived ON TIME Saturday morning, troubleshot problem, had the needed part in truck, replaced and had the furnace working in about 90 minutes.

Chad was excellent. He had previously quoted that we might have needed to replace a few parts for our furnace in addition to general maintenance, but when he came by again to service it, he discovered that one part had actually been recently cleaned and likely did not need immediate replacement. Since our furnace was near end of life, he suggested that we just replace that part when we are ready for a new furnace. He took the cost out of our original quote and saved us some money for something we didn't need at this time. I appreciate his recommendation and consideration for our actual needs.
