All Points Heating & Fireplace

Heather was on time and efficient. She found a small gas leak while doing the furnace tune-up, and was able to get it fixed up for me quickly at a fair price. I will definitely contact All Points next year.

Great service. The technician, Ryan, completed the work in a professional manner and was pleasant and personable. He answered all of my questions for both systems and is is very knowledgeable about the equipment/systems. I would hire them again and gladly recommend All Points.

Punctual --arrived early abd called before arrival. Ryan was very courteous, professional. Explained what he was going to do and then later explained what he had done, and what to watch for.

The scheduler called 23 minutes before our scheduled appointment time to inform me that the estimator had experienced some car trouble and that our appointment "...isn't going to happen today...". I asked the scheduler to identify another estimator or alternate transportation for the same estimator because my husband and I had both taken time off work to meet with them. She told me she'd see what she could do, but then I've heard nothing - no phone call, email, Angie's List message, or otherwise - from the company since (the appointment was scheduled for 24 hours ago). Now we've missed an afternoon of work, and we're no closer to a heat pump installation. I'd have serious reservations about doing business with this company in the future as they appear to not take their commitments or their clients' time seriously.

Very well. The woman who came out was very knowledgeable, thorough, neat and clean and enjoyable. She left me feeling very comfortable about my gas fireplace for the upcoming winter. I will be happy to use this company again.

Heather did an excellent job to clean the furnace and ac unit. She went out of her way to do a thorough cleaning on the filthy ac unit.

Tuned up furnace and replaced broken part. The technician was great, very helpful and explain what was going on and the options.

This is my second year using this company. Once again, the service was outstanding. The scheduler was prompt and responded within a few hours of my email, Heather's service was very punctual, knowledgable, and she remembered my HVAC system well and installed a new actuator perfectly. I will certainly use them again in fall. Keep up the good work. Plus, our dogs loved Heather, which is always a good sign.

They clean, tuned and diagnosed a problem withe the furnace and repaired it on the spot. Overall very efficient. They were timely and communicated well with me. I am very pleased with their service.

Heather was my service technician and she did a fabulous job. She showed me how to work our gas fireplace, walked me through why it was not working, and cleaned the fireplace extremely thoroughly. I am so impressed and appreciated her overall demeanor, ability to take the time to teach me and walk me through the situation in layman's terms, and her attention to detail in the cleaning of the fireplace truly had a "woman's touch." I would definitely hire All Points again for any need that I have and would absolutely request to have Heather. She is a true asset to this company!

Everything went well and all was good. All Points was very through and everything was good. I would highly recommend them.

I was extremely impressed by the service and technician. Not only was she quite knowledgeable about gas fireplaces, installs and inner workings, she did a quality clean up of the fireplace. She took steps to protect carpet and near by furniture from any residue. She also had great advice for care and everyday use that helped me save money. I was very impressed (and I am a perfectionist). I would certainly recommend.

Professional, punctual and a good price!

The CO output of the furnace was high, but only in the exhaust, so technically it was still safe to use. When the technician tried to clean the furnace, though, she knocked out the pilot light and then told me she couldn't get it going again and had to shut my heat down anyway because the furnace needed replacement. I was disappointed I had to pay $200 basically for her to run a CO test inside the furnace and then leave me without heat. Before she came, I had heat. After she left, I had no heat and was down $200. I'll hopefully get a new furnace soon, but in the mean time, it seems lame I had to pay full price to be left without heat.

Once they did come, the couldn't do the work because of electrical saftey problems. Ok by my me, but who wants to wait 8 weeks. Wasted money so the price is an F. I called a different company which came the next day.

That was perfect. We loved her. She was awesome. I had to schedule her out to myself personally, they could have came earlier but I had to schedule her out. She was just awesome. I thought the price was great too. Quality was great too. There was these little ember type things that used to sit at the bottom of the fireplace itself and she ended up putting it in a different area so it made our fireplace just look more natural.

fireplace works well after service. Had a problem of ignition at a later date, called and the service person helped me solve the problem over the phone. If that had not worked out, she was ready to come to the house.

They are unable to perform the work that is needing to be done.

Really great experience! She patiently walked us through how the fireplace worked (this was our first season using it and it's an older fireplace) and let us know how to maintain it. She also took a look at the furnace and made sure we were on track there as well. Great customer service! We'll be calling them for our maintenance needs in the future.

We had a great experience. She was really helpful and was able to take care of our fireplace. We bought an Angie's List deal and that's what we were charged. She showed us how to use the fireplace. We just bought this house and we weren't sure how to use it. She took the time to explain everything to us.
