Very unprofessional. The person promised to give me the estimate in 2 days he never got back to me . Very pushy. Will never recommend .

They came to the house to look at the job and said they would provide an estimate - then they disappeared. I called and sent a follow-up email - no response to either.

They were great and true to the quote they gave me. I hadn't had any issues and they fixed the problem I have been having for many years. The thing I liked is he was on time and explained everything. He walked through the process on what was wrong and why they were fixing it. I appreciated that.

Awesome...they worked all day and into the night.

They had to come back and place a trim piece because it wasn't fitting, but it turned out perfect. They even delivered chocolate chip cookies to our door, just for doing business with them. Their team was really considerate and they had really good customer relations. They took time to explain what they were doing, and I was really impressed. Had a very nice showroom as well!

It didn't go well. I paid more than I thought I would. The technician came and he tried to do something but the door fell off. They had to order a part for it. I got the deal at $50 and didn't require any sort of maintenance but I ended up paying $250. The punctuality was good.

Our fireplace looks great and works great. Had an issue with our flame going out intermittently, which was completely resolved. Heather did an awesome job. Great service for a good price. Highly recommended.

It went very well. Heather showed up promptly with the necessary tools and ready to work. She was very professional and thorough and did an excellent job of explaining what she was doing as she went along.

The appointment was made 1 month in advance and confirmed 4 days before. On the morning of the appointment, they called the wrong phone number and said they were "double booked and couldn't come at the agreed upon time. This is a rental and the renter had taken a day off from work to be there, landlord made special arrangements and NO ONE SHOWED. These people double book, so it's anyone's guess if they are coming.

Diagnostics were performed on my gas furnace. Filters were checked and the inside area with electronics was vacuumed. Air flow to the room registers was checked. The technician (Heather I believe) was very professional and gave us a clean bill of health as well as helpful advice on running the furnace efficiently.

Heather arrived early; willingly answered all my questions and didn't pressure me to make additional purchases. She was a knowledgeable technician and acted in a professional manner, while being very friendly and enjoyable to have in my home.

I bought the big deal and Heather came and did a great job servicing the furnace.

I purchased this service through Angie's list deals for a preseason tune up of my house heating system. I had never used this provider before but they were fairly close by and had good reviews so I wanted to give them a try. It took about a month to get the service on the schedule which was not a problem since the furnace is not in use right now. They were very prompt to respond through the email scheduling system. The technician was early and that was fine since I was home all day for the service. She cleaned the filters, checked the system out thoroughly and made a list of recommended repairs complete with part numbers. The furnaces are working fine for being 17 years old and now I have an idea of what some potential problems may be if they should develop. The tech seemed very knowledgeable and was friendly and professional.

We had All Points Heating replace our furnace last week. I had gotten three other bids for the job and we finally decided that All Points heating would do a great job and they did exactly that! Fantastic job from start to finish. The install guys got here earlier then expected and by the time they were done the area was absolutely spotless. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great Job!!

I found them to be very pleasant and friendly.

Damaged a connecting wire to the switch and just put electrical tape over it. The fire place doesn't turn on consistency anymore.

Heather did a great job of cleaning the furnace. She was punctual, professional, and did a great job. The pricing was as-agreed and was a great value. I will use All Points to do annual and emergency furnace service in the future.

Heather Loope took incredible pains to do a great job and to show me how to do the basic maintenance on cleaning filters and the outdoor unit. Very knowledgeable on how to get the most efficiency out of my heat pump.
