Description of Work: Heather showed up promptly and started working right away. She inspected a gas fire place, hot water heater, and our furnace in preparation for a home sale. She gave me options all along the way - informing me when a part was worn or would need replacement soon, and giving me the option to proceed with or without the additional item or work. I opted for upgrading parts, as I wanted to make sure the new home owners have a great experience with their new home. Throughout the process she was professional, thorough, and friendly. Overall it was about the best customer experience I've had with this type of work. I highly recommend.

Description of Work: The initial contact was very professional and satisfactory. I was provided a quote via email which seemed very low. Once I replied that the quote looked very good but that the scope of the job had changed and that they may want to re-quote the job based on those changes I was unable to get any response from them either by phone or email. I even offered for them to start new with a different gas utility referral number once I started the contractor search over and they never responded. I'm not sure what to make of it but it certainly seemed unprofessional.

Description of Work: I had cancel my first appointment due to work at my employer. We rescheduled with no problem. |The night before the appointment I was contacted and informed that they had an emergency job and would not be out to my place,cool. We rescheduled. |On the appointed day I took three hours off work, but I had to go back. 45 minutes before the appointment I received a call from the tech who informed that she would be at least two hours late. I told her that I had to be back at my job. She said for me to call the office and reschedule.... | |I haven't made that call. Never have heard from them again. I think I want my $89 back.

Description of Work: Tuned up 3 fireplaces. 2 with coupons 1 extra. Fireplaces work fine now & burn better. I already had them come back & install an electric blower on one unit, and reconnected a duct that wasn't attached properly.

Description of Work: Heather serviced two fireplaces and completely serviced our heating and cooling system. She cleaned the blower which was quite dirty and the pilot assembly. She also cleaned tha AC condenser coils. We purchased this property a year ago and were not sure of the condition of the heating system. I am very happy with the work that she did and appreciate the explainations she gave me. I would definetly use All Points again

Description of Work: Cleaned and checked our gas fireplace. Technician was good, explained what she was doing. She was very clean, and we are very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: They arrived earlier than expected, examined both of our fire places and tuned them up / cleaned them out. After the service, the previous problems we were having with the fireplaces (not staying lit, emitting gas smells) were fixed. They were also very tolerant of our curious cats :-)

Description of Work: Heather came and serviced my two gas fireplaces at my new address (so I bought two of the $74 deals). She cleaned the various parts, polished the glass, and showed me what she was doing so I could identify basic parts, and see how everything worked. She also found me an online manual to download, as the previous occupants of my house didn't leave one. She answered all of my questions, too. Great service at a good price. I will definitely use All Points again next time.
