She showed up for basic maintence, she found some other minor errors, took time to get the part and repaired it on the spot which exceeded our expectations.

Everything was fine - standard maintenance, so no really important details.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went very well. A gentleman came here and gave me an estimate and I paid a part payment that day. Then I probably paid the rest of it on the day they installed it. I had a couple of bids on the job and was particularly impressed by the gentleman that came and did the estimate in the beginning. He thought there were some problems so he called his installers and was measuring as he spoke with them so that everything would work smoothly when they did the job. I was impressed at his efficiency. He looked at everything and made sure everything would work right before he bid on the job. I believe this company also does some furnace cleaning.

I purchased a big deal from them. They were professional and on time. However, they were unable to do the work that I needed to have done and I am going to have another company perform the services.

They completed the work over a two week period. We liked them so much, we had them come back and do additional work. We have referred them twice to neighbors.

The work turned out wonderful! Heather Loope arrived on time, completed the work and was here for over an hour. They were efficient and completed the job quickly. She was very thorough and replaced some of the small things that had burnt out. The price seemed very fair for what she did. It worked out great!

The technician was awesome. She was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. I asked many questions, and she kindly answered them all. I requested information on a new furnace and she called and made the appointment for me. My furnace is 24 years old.

We had Heather. She was fantastic. She did a thorough job and was very friendly. She taught us a lot about how to work the fireplace. She took a personal interest in making the fireplace operational and aesthetic. I highly recommend them.

Heather was great. She quickly perform maintenance on my gas furnace and even when the extra step to clean out a part of the motor that obviously never had been looked at before by other companies as there was a 1/2 inch layer of dust on it. She attempted to help me with the cigarette smell I have been getting from my next door neighbors. Even if we couldn't find the source she gave me some great idea of how to deal with it. I will be happy to use All Point Heating next year.

They did a great job, they were very through and spent a lot of time servicing and cleaning the furnace, they also found something that wasn't working correctly but did not pressure me into them repairing it for an extra cost I appreciated their honesty. I would use them again.

They did a smack up job. They came a little late but they called ahead of time to let me know, which was fine. Very happy with the experience.

Heather was awesome. She is very professional, thorough and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. I was so pleased with her service, I referred her to several people in my condo. I just happened to be at the annual homeowners meeting and passed out all her cards. Hope she got more business in my complex.

I would use them again, they didn't sell me anything additional, which is something I worry about. Heather did a great job.

Arrived on time, did inspection. Did not have part needed so returned in a few days with the part and installed. Explained need for a second worn part in the near future and installed it. Checked gas fireplace, reset logs and cleaned glass. We were pleased with service, professionalism, and would use the company again.

It did go well. I didn't spend more than the deal for the service, but they found additional repairs to be made and I spent more. They were very courteous and the technician was very clean and worked well and fast.

Called to make appt. and got an appt. for next morning. Ray was at our house at exactly 8:00. He fixed our furnace and answered all of our questions. He was very professional and helpful. Would ask for Ray next time!

The manager who did the estimate was very friendly and did not waste our time. He was clearly very experienced and designed and planned the project very professionally. When the workers came to do the work (including the manager), they were very effective and worked efficiently with their subcontracted electrical team. Overall, we were very pleased. They were very respectful of our house/lawn/etc and did a clean job.

All went very well from the estimate, permitting and through completion of the work. I scheduled the maintenance several days after the installation and All Points was able to complete both jobs on the same day. Two staff arrived promptly at the scheduled time. One staff worked on the maintenance items and the other installed a new gas line in the crawl space. They were very careful laying tarps to keep floors/carpets clean. The maintenance was straight forward but staff took the time to review the work they were performing and the functionality of the equipment since I had purchased the home recently. The gas line required a little more work/time than was estimated but the original price was charged. The new range hadn't been delivered yet and the space behind the stove was unknown. I contacted the store and the staff talked with the sales person to describe the back of the range so installation would be correct. I appreciated the extra time taken to ensure it was completed correctly. A step was loose going into the crawl space and they fixed it. There was a little debris in the crawl space and they removed it for me. There were bricks around the A/C unit outside that trapped leaves and they moved the bricks and cleaned up the leaves. All Points scheduled the inspection with the city of Everett and came back out right away to complete the final connection. The city inspector asked who had completed the work for me and commented that they did a great job for me using a combination of hard pipe and flexible pipe and had attached it very securely. I was very pleased and felt that All Points cared about customer service and doing the job right.
