Description of Work: Heather came and serviced my two gas fireplaces at my new address (so I bought two of the $74 deals). She cleaned the various parts, polished the glass, and showed me what she was doing so I could identify basic parts, and see how everything worked. She also found me an online manual to download, as the previous occupants of my house didn't leave one. She answered all of my questions, too. Great service at a good price. I will definitely use All Points again next time.

Description of Work: Heather was very knowledgeable about my gas fireplace and went about cleaning it, the glass and refreshing the "rocks and fluff" and explained to me how to adjust flame, etc. Also she checked my furnace and made sure I was safe for the winter with my heating choices. I am a recent widow and she made me feel quite comfortable about using my fireplace, furnace, etc. Yes, I recommend this company and their "little spitfire and knowledgeable employee, Heather. Description of Work: These folks are great - I highly recommend them. I was probably especially critical because another a-rated Angies List company completely blew an appointment with me, not only not showing up but not even returning my phone call and apologizing. Frankly, as far as I am concerned, that company owes me for the cost of my lost time from work since I came home early to meet them!

Description of Work: The service woman that showed up to give our furnace a "once-over" was very professional and helpful in explaining everything she was going to do. She even spent extra time checking out the outdoor A/C unit and answering random questions for me. She was a few minutes late, but she called to let me know and that means a lot. They value their customers and it shows in their service and pricing.
