Description of Work: REPLACED ATRIUM DESTROYED BY FALLEN TREE; REPLACED FAILED WINDOWS (INSTALLED BY OTHER GLASS COMPANIES). ALL WORK EXCELLENT, ALL DOUBLE WINDOWS HAVE REMAINED GOOD. THEY HAVE WORKED FOR ME FROM THE 1990'S THROUGH THE TREE CRASH REPAIR. HOUSE HAD TO HAVE ALL DOUBLE WINDOWS REPLACED - AND REPLACEMENTS PRIOR TO PROCRAFT ALL FAILED AND HAD TO BE REPLACED AGAIN - PROCRAFT WINDOWS HAVE ALL LASTED FOR OVER 10 YEARS.

Description of Work: They furnished and replaced two rotting casement window they had installed 20-years prior. The window quality and window installation went well. However, we were disappointed that no one on their end mentioned that the screens that fit the old windows would not work with the new windows. Hence we are temporarily without screens.

Description of Work: They replaced 4 windows, a slider and installed a garden window over the sink, all triple-pane glass. Everything from setting the initial sales call to the installation went well. The salesman was helpful in determining what type of glass to use; the installers were on time and went to work immediately. I intend to have them back to replace my downstairs Windows when that job needs to be done.

Description of Work: Replaced sliding door at back of the house. New door when it came was not the glass panels we had ordered. They installed the door and would later come back and switch out the installed glass with the one we ordered. The day it was suppose to be switched out, Procraft called to say they had received only one correct glass panel, so replacement had to be rescheduled to 3 days later. We did get the correct panels installed. The guys who did the installation were professional, pleasant, good customer service skills and did a thorough job of cleaning up. Inspite of the mixup in panels, I would likely use their services again.

Description of Work: Overall we were very happy with this company and their work. The only niggling complaint I have is that we weren't informed about some minor issues with the windows [e.g. that the windows we chose for the ground floor could not be locked when partially opened and that the window put in the bathroom had the screen in the bottom half of the window instead of the top, which means that there is no privacy if the window is open]. This is primarily our mistake, but it would have been nice if they had brought it up before we made the order.Otherwise we were very happy with them and would certainly consider using them again.
