Description of Work: We hired ProCraft Windows in December to install a new window as part of a bathroom remodel. We decided to add a new window where there was not one before. The salesperson showed up at our home on time for the estimate. We talked about the project, heard about the window brands they carry and he gave us a written estimate on the spot. He then came back a week later to pick up the signed estimate and a deposit to start the job. |The window was ordered and about a week later the installation manager came out to measure and discuss the details about which side to open etc. He also asked if we were going to tile around the window and if so, he said they would ready it for a tile wrap around the window and they would install a temporary flashing to protect the inside of the shower wall from water where they had to cut away some of the old tub surround. He knew we would have at least a couple of weeks to wait for the tile work to start so that was an extremely helpful solution and worked great. |A week or so later someone called to schedule the install date as the window was ready. My husband was here for that day, and his report was that they showed up on time, cut the hole in the wall, installed the frame and window, and picked up the mess before they left. I came home to a beautiful new window. I have appreciated this purchase every day since then. |We chose the PlyGem window in a small 12 x 36 for the shower area and we couldn't be happier. The window has a high quality and easy lock handle and it glides very smoothly. Every part of this project with ProCraft Windows exceeded our expectations. Everyone we had contact with was on time and professional, and also friendly and informative. Excellent customer experience from beginning to end. We will use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a great window contractor in the Puget Sound area. Description of Work: Procraft replaced several failed insulated windows. The workmen did a good job replacing the Windows but completion of job delayed because of wrong measurements. They rushed the replacements and the windows were quickly replaced. We would recommend the company
