Procraft Windows and Doors

It was great; they did a good job. They were prompt and did quality work.

The salesman arrived when scheduled and helped us select the windows and doors from a fairly large selection. The installers arived on the scheduled date at about 8:30 and completed the job, including cleanup, by 4:00. Overall we were pleased with the service and the both the quality of the work done and the windows and doors installed.

9/10 the workers were phenomenal. Personable. Great communication!

The installers were like bulls in a china shop. The work was sloppy ? I had to call back twice for trim issues. The lockset was faulty and a locksmith from another company replaced the part for free. They recommended a painter who did sub-par work. The storm door was not reinstalled properly. The wrong lockset was installed at first and then replaced. I think they got swamped at the end of the year and there was poor communication between office and workers.

workmen showed up on time, worked very quickly with minimal mess and were done same day. Results look great!

They don't try to sell me something I don't need or don't want. They are very clean and efficient. They always do a great job.

The work was was completed on time and was done very well. The old window casing was removed, rot eliminated and rebuilt and the window installed in a few short hours. The workmen were polite and efficient and there was not mess when they left. I will use Procraft Windows again.

They were just great. They had installed the windows when I first moved in 15 or 16 years ago and I was very impressed because of the time. They stand behind their product and they are really great. They didn't charge me anything, which was outstanding.

Good experience. The estimator (Mr. Johns) was right on time. He offered several options and bid the job in a menu style so that I clearly understood the cost of each item. No hard sell. Great references and examples.

PROCRAFT windows & doors - Washington State. I think Procraft's specialty must be windows, my door installation experience was not equal to the pile of referrals I was shown. The installation crew was clean and efficient but the Codel door arrived with damage from the factory. I had to take care of the appointment with Codel for the warranty work since Procraft pretty much disappeared at this point. The Codel inspector/installer was fantastic and he replaced the door with no issue but he also had to take care of two mistakes the Procraft door installers made and the Procraft installers could have fixed their mistakes had they paid any attention to details. I also had to finish the caulking of the door frame since two sections were forgotten, I also had to take care of several other finishing details. The door is still not evenly spaced within the frame. I paid a premium for what I thought was going to be a problem free product and a promise of outstanding customer service and follow-up (which was minimal). I am sure I could have had the same overall experience and saved at least $350-$400 going elsewhere.

It was great. It was a strange situation they started during a snow storm when it was OK. It got very cold and they had to leave. They came back within a week to finish. They were great and cleaned up very well.

They were really good. They stayed even after it was dark to finish and sweep up. They told us why our old windows failed and why that company went out of business and everything. They provide an old-fashioned kind of service that you wish was still around. They work extra hard to get things in on time so we could get the tax adjustment.

There were minor problems with Milgard product delivery. This certainly was not Pro Craft's fault. At every turn, Pro Craft exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Pro Craft to family and friends. Likewise, I will use Pro Craft for future door and window projects. The company has really dialed-in customer service. Excellent

I called Procraft hoping to arrange for an estimate on repairing two cracked home sliding windows. After I was transferred to Gus, and explained my goal, he suggested calling a different variety of company that could potentially provide same day service for much less than he would have to charge. Since I've had to procrastinate on repair due to the high cost of the initial estimate I received, I really appreciate Gus' honesty and willingness to forgo an easy charge.

The process, from sales rep to installers went fairly smoothly and everything happened in the time frame that was given to us in the beginning. Everyone I dealt with at Procraft were professional, understanding and very attentive in terms of our questions. Next Spring we are planning to replace 5 more windows on our 70 year old home and I will be calling Procraft back to do the work. IN fact, I hope I can request the same installers as we had this time as they were safe, clean and just did a great job! I would give the company an A+.

We were delighted at the overall experience. Procraft sent an estimator who spent time looking at the windows and describing options beyond just replacing the glass in case we were interested. He was thorough and fairly explained each option and its pros and cons. There was no hard sell or pressure at all. Once we decided to proceed with the window replacement they provided a schedule to come out and verify all the window measurements and then install the windows. They called to let us know the precise schedule and followed it to the letter. The install was completed as described.
